Great customer service via live chat on their website. I queried the colour of a t-shirt I was interested in, as it looked different in person. Within minutes they had checked their stock, changed the website listing and confirmed it was indeed the colour I was looking for. Very quick delivery and well packaged to top it off.

John Goodridge is a firm favourite of mine, always get friendly personal service from the team. They have a great selection of brands and sizes throughout the shop, even with a suit hire section and suit shop on the top floor.

Often have a very generous sale on and always maintain a great level of customer service.

Even whilst shut due to Covid-19 they have changed their way of working and offer a delivery service within the local area.

A real one stop shop for all you could need.

I love this shop, I've bought my husband here to be kitted out in new work clothing, and my Dad for smart clothes for occasions. The choice of brands under one roof is great, the staff are helpful without being pushy and when I have needed to return an item the customer service was exemplary and the item replaced with no quibbles. Yes the clothes are more expensive than Marks and Spencer's but the quality and longevity make it worthwhile.

Fantastic shop, very helpful staff. The hire section is fantastic, really helped me out many times and sometimes at short notice. Their hire clothes often fit be better than stuff I've bought elsewhere to measure.
