Moving is such a stressful time and from the moment I spoke to Barry I knew I was going to be looked after! Friendly and very, very quick! From the first until the last minute the team ensured the move went smoothly and were nothing but helpful. Highly recommend.

We didn’t actually use this removal company (although we wish we did!). They were providing a removal service for the new resident that was going into my mother in law’s house that we were moving her out of. We had an absolute nightmare with the removal company she used but these guys at Direct removals could not have been any more polite and professional when coming to the property that we were still waiting for the removal company we had booked to show up! Thank you for your patience, professionalism and help. Would highly recommend and certainly would use this company in the future if we need a removal service again.

Great removal company! Everything went so smoothly, they just came in and got on with it! Didn't get the keys to my new place until early afternoon, so the guys were happy to store everything in the van and just wait until I was able to get the keys to start moving everything in. They even removed some fitted wardrobes for me in the new home. Very much appreciated all their hard work, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using a removal company, and I will be absolutely using them again next time I move!

The removals guys were first class, they emptied our 5 bedroomed house swiftly and professionally.

We couldn't access the new house until after 3pm. When they came back to unload they had extra staff with them and again a professional and swift unload with nothing damaged.

We had some uncertainty with dates for completion but they were very accommodating. On the day we didn’t get our keys until late but the team stayed on and worked until late to get the job done - they couldn’t have been more helpful and professional.

Cliff, David, Harry and David loaded up the van very quickly then Cliff and David unloaded the van very efficiently. Top job all around! Would definitely recommend!
