I'm working in customer service and sale area daily. So I understand what is the role of salesman. Bobby - I haven't that good contact with anyone and anywhere for over 2 years. One of best people I've met. Right person on the right place. You are lucky that you have this man in the team. Great service , brilliant personality and amazing knowledge. Thanks God we've been served by Bobby.

The staff allowed us to browse items rather than pouncing on us the minute we walked through the door. As soon as we looked like we needed help they were very attentive and approachable. Angus showed us some items that matched our criteria and was very knowledgable, he was more than happy to provide lots of information about all of the products he showed us before we eventually settled on the item we wanted and then went on to subsequently purchase.

The staff member that we dealt with was great, (Jade) she knew the products inside out and was able to listen to what we needed and provided answers to all of our questions. She also gave us distance and time to chat through all of the options.

Sales person took me through the selection process for a new mattress. I was very impressed with his quiet manner and I felt sufficiently informed to make a purchase decision even though this was much higher than I had intended before I entered the store.

Didn't go in for a bed.....long story...but I found staff to be very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend for customer service. 👍

Fantastic service from show room to delivery. Had a slight issue with a part being broken internally phoned customer service who were extremely helpful and organised a replacement with no issue. Every member of staff I encountered were polite and friendly.

The build instructions didn't warn us you needed a room twice the size of bed to build.

Amazing service instore, no hassle no pressure and left me to lie on mattresses as long as I needed. I have physical impairments so this was important. Delivery boys weee magnificent humphing a massive mattress upstairs on a roasting day, and all with a smile on their faces. Thankyou!
