Fantastic Family run Company to deal with and staff are so friendly and helpful and no pushy sales patter either and they know what they are talking about when discussing choices of beds and helped me pick the right bed for what we needed. Great deals and we needed a single bed for my son's room which they had in stock in the material and colour we were looking for and they also delivered the same day which was a god send as the bed was the last item to complete his bedroom.
The delivery team were polite,friendly and professional and brought everything into my house with care and attention.
I would highly recommend Bliss Beds as customer service is outstanding and you feel valued and product range is fantastic. My son says the mattress is so comfy and had the best nights sleep. Pop into the store and see the guys as you won't be disappointed.

I can say I definitely got a 5* experience from Bliss Bed. The guys in store at Wellgate were really helpful.

However, Sarah was particularly amazing. The rugs she recommended were even better than expected. Color match worked and its so lush I spend more time there than my sofa!

Delivery guys did good too, even working around my not particularly convenient availability.

Overall: Product quality, price, service is 5* for me.

Was let down by another bed company (not bliss beds) basically never turned up and I had already dismantled and thrown out my sons bed due to expecting his new one to arrive which never did! I had previously been into the bliss beds Dundee shop and seen the beds and quality they offer so message them to see what they had available asap as my son was sleeping on a blow up bed, the company couldn’t have been any nicer and couldn’t do enough to help me find one. Was sent pictures of all available beds and even arranged for it to come the next morning absolutely amazing service for bliss beds 10/10 recommend. The bed arrived and the guys put it together honestly the quality was unreal!! The bed and mattress are brilliant and I’m a little jealous it’s not my bed haha. Will definitely be getting myself an upgrade soon. Thanks again guys u have made me very happy customer x

Went for a shopping trip to Dundee one weekend and come across this lovely shop. Went in and saw a bed I couldnt not have!! Quality was amazing, huge range of colours, all such beautiful furniture. After a few days of convincing hubby i Ordered the bed via fb messenger as I am not from Dundee and had a response the same day. All my questions were answered and had no concerns with placing my order. Within 4 weeks I had my bed which was specifically delivered for me due to needing it asap. Customer service to a T that. The boys that came were extremely considerate of my home and wore shoe protectors. Lovely family run business and can’t wait to visit the extended store!! Thanks again guys :)

I have purchased several beds from Bliss over the past 5 years. Brilliant service, great value and very friendly.

Far easier to work with regarding delivery etc than larger well known companies which is a huge plus.

Will continue to purchase in the future and recommend to others on a regular basis!

I bought an ottoman bed frame and mattress with both being very well priced and of great quality. I would highly recommend popping in and will be going to them again in the future for when I need another bed frame.

I ordered my daughter’s new bed from Bliss Beds & Furniture after being let down by an online company and I’m sorry I never thought of them in the first place. The customer service we received was second to none. My daughter chose the bed she wanted including the colour and the fabric, we were guided through every step without any pushy sales tactics. The lovely guy who dealt with our order was also the same guy who delivered and built it for us….how wonderful to see the same face you saw when you went into the store! This is a friendly, family run business that clearly cares about their customers, I cannot recommend them enough!!! 10/10 all the way.

I was needing a double bed very urgently and bliss could not have been any more helpful as it was a Saturday I thought I wouldn't get anywhere but Bliss came to my rescue and all I had to do was go into the wellgate store and pick what I wanted they would deliver the bed that afternoon absolutely 💯 the owner Gary was even going to deliver it for free talk about excellent service what a wonderful guy

We bought furniture for our new house here. Lovely helpful people who didn't push sales but were there to answer all we needed. The prices are great and so is the quality. Really everything you could ask for. Very conveniently in town too.

My Bed arrived from Bliss Beds.
It is lovely-I ordered a 6foot scroll bed with storage plus Lambeth 3000 mattresse.This mattresse is so comfy and warm as it has a topper too.
This is a great family run business as I must have gone in umpteen times but they was still happy to help.
This is a great place to buy your beds from as they have ready to take away beds, if you need anything in a rush or you can have your bed made to order, if you are looking for a certain colour or style.Lots to choose from. They have lots of different mattresses to choose from so you will find one to suit you.
They also stock some lovely furniture pieces too.
I would highly recomend you go in & have a look.

We went to Bliss beds for a sofa and a bed, Gary, Colby & Gary were super helpful. They took their time showing us the different types of beds and sofas. Bliss beds is a one stop shop for very competively priced furnitue. I would highly recommend them for service, price and choice.
