Umar was very nice and courteous. He explained all the different bed types to me and got me to use the mattress machine to identify the best type of bed for me. I have a better understanding of bed types and mattresses because of him and the experience was pleasant. Thank you!

I had been in store multiple times looking for a bed and getting help on what mattress to get / what suits me and what type of bed I wanted and informing me of water’s and extras you can get. Fantastic experience purchasing a floor demo model. Took in our requirements, had us test various mattresses, then offered us a great deal including free delivery and free mattress recycle. Couldn't recommend more!

Dean was very helpful and informative during our recent visit. He explained the value of using the Sleepmatch bed. After assisting us with the choices available he gave us privacy to allow us to make our decision. Dean then gave us all the relevant information about the delivery of our new mattress and uplift of our old mattress. Excellent service.

Me and my partner went into the Dreams store on Saturday 8th of July, and Tommy the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. Very impressed. We were left to look around the store and when we required assistance, Tommy had a great knowledge of the products, and the sales process was very easy and smooth. Great service from Russell, was very helpful and patient. Definitely recommend the bed match funky machine, all the mattresses it recommended felt right. Russell didn’t push any but let us decide, answering questions and clearly explaining the different mattress types. 100 % recommend

The technology is really helpful as it was a bit daunting walking in and seeing all the choices. Russell used the technology to guide us to the best options and we didn’t feel pressurised at all. All in all very pleased with the service we received today.

As soon as I walked in store Tommy walked over and asked what my needs were and I explained I’m looking for a mattress, he then took me to the sleep machine and afterwards he took me to a variety of beds that the machine recommended for my sleep style!!!
During the purchase process he was very helpful and explained everything, answered every question I had, he even offered me a tea or coffee! :)

Great customer service, offered a hot drink by friendly staff & used sleep match machine to find mattress best suited to our needs & sleep positions. Chose one of the mattress the machine recommended which was exactly in our price range & a decent price. Staff was very helpful but not pushy, great experience. Would recommend

I'd a thoroughly enjoyable experience selecting and purchasing a mattress, with Tommy's expert help, on behalf of my Dad at Dreams Kingsway Store. The whole procedure was good-natured, simple and efficient to the point of my wondering why I hadn't done this sooner! Tommy gave me peace to lie around on a few options and was empathetic and understanding to the requirements - I found this very reassuring in making my final choice. The fact that Dreams' delivery guys will take away the old mattress too definitely swung it for me. I'm sure Dad will be as over the moon with his new mattress as I am with how easy everything has been with Dreams and Tommy so far!

Twice I visited the Dundee branch to look at a specific sofa bed and dealt with Tommy. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He made the experience of buying easy and I am very happy with my purchase.

Umar was super helpful and walked us through each pillow and their benefits.
He offered us drinks and couldn’t of been more helpful during our experience. Not sure we would’ve bought pillows if he wasn’t there to help!
