Best dentist practice i have ever been too , very good at dealing with nervous patients ,the staff making you feel very welcome , all costs and plan of work is explained before work is carried out , and emailed to you . Anna was the dentist that looked after me and is brilliant and caring , pain free treatment! by far the best dentist i have visited anywhere!!

I have spent a lot of money here as it was needed and worth every penny. The young man who is my dentist is superb, he is extremely confident and I have 100% trust in him. Magda has been brilliant in giving me a lot of confidence as I needed a lot of work done and was there on each step of the journey. Love the transparency by providing a detailed price list online, many dentists try and con people by dropping the price during an appointment which can be a shock, you can be prepared here. Compared to a British dentist, it’s black and white, the equipment and cleanliness at butterfly is far superior! Doskonały!

I had to visit the dentist for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago. I just wanted to say how great the staff and service was that I received on the day. I have had follow up treatment since and that has also been exemplary. The receptionist arranged the appointment for me immediately and I was seen by the dentist within a few hours of arranging the appointment. The treatment its self was fantastic. I am not great with pain and I can say that I felt nothing throughout the treatment I received. I can only recommend this service as fantastic. From the receptionist to the surgeon's them selves the service was amazing. The cost of the treatment was also amazing and very inexpensive for the work I needed to have done. If you haven't yet found a dentist then you'd do well to get your self a long to this one.

I am just writing to express my sincere thanks to you, Dr Anna Maria Ceglarek, and the team for looking after me so well on my last visit. Having a tooth extracted is never going to be a pleasant experience but you all did your very best to ensure that it was undertaken in an informed, professional and pain free manner. To have the time to allow me to ask questions before and after the procedure was very reassuring.
Dr Anna Maria Ceglarek is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Ceglarek

The best dentists I have been to. I needed quite a bit of treatment and its been done perfectly. All the staff here are so nice and everything is explained step by step .

Prices of treatments are made clear from outset and if there is any possibility of any extra costs then you are told beforehand

I am very pleased with services provided by the Butterfly Dental Practice. Great to see proper customer centred approach, which helped me to go through the medical procedure undertaken by its specialists.

Any questions and worries raised by me were answered and explained in a detailed, professional and clear manner.

Unfortunately, I had unpleasant experience of going through some local private or partially private practices in the past. Many times I heard: "I am sorry, we have no tools in this practice so wont be able to help". This was not the case with the BDP.
The practice is well equipped with modern dental tools and methods.

Both reception desk and medical staff made sure the atmosphere was friendly and as stress-free as possible.

In terms of pricing, I guess we are all aware that dentistry in the UK is expensive. However, Butterly Dental Practice offers competitive prices and finance services to those who need it, if there is a need.

I am glad that Butterfly Dental Practice is just round the corner. Wishing them to grow and develop their services even more.

My 3rd time now ,and I have a terrible fear of dentist...not a issue here at all!( so far !!) Injection and a filling today andI didn't feel a thing !

I agree it's expensive but so is every private dental practice, and they do a finance option, but iv found them very fair !!

Best service ever. I decided to be consequent with treatment until all my teeth problems been sorted. Took few appointments but was worth of it. At beginning I've got dental plan with all what need to be done. Dentist explained what's gonna do at appointment. All treatments been very gentle.
Would recommend to everyone... but be consequent.

Great experience today. I hate dental treatment but Izabela was patient and kind. She took her time, telling me what she was doing and checking I was ok.
It’s so nice to be able to book an appointment and not have it cancelled last minute like my old NHS dentist.

Yesterday I have had a tooth extraction. Finally, I have found my dentist. As a very nervous patient that needed a tooth extraction I found the practice calm and supportive of the moment I arrived. Thank you to Dr Isabel witch she has done an amazing job God no pain, didn't even felt when I have the anaesthetic. All way through she made sure I was feeling ok. So I can't wait for my next appointments. The practice is immaculated clean. You can’t find a fault to blame this practice all the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the team.

I had a check up in June,post lock down as my Dentist had closed. Some treatment was required, however this was emailed to me so there was absolutely no pressure to commit.
On having part of my treatment at the new practice I can honestly say that this was entirely professional.
My appointment was in the evening, meaning I could fit it in around my working hours. Every staff member complied to the current rules around covid 19 making me feel safe and reassured and everything was explained to me step by step during my treatment.
The staff here are welcoming, extremely professional, there is a lovely atmosphere and I shall definately return for the rest of my treatment.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone thinking about having some dental implants. I am very pleased with the service I received, the dentist and nurse were very skilled and the works done were as painless as they could be. I've previously had implants done at a practice in Shrewsbury, my experience here was much better. If I need any further work in the future, I would definitely come back here again.

A brilliant service from the very friendly and helpful reception staff to Dentist Carmen who did a fantastic job fitting my crown. She made sure I had no pain or discomfort. And the wonderful laboratory technicians matched the colour of the new crown exactly to my natural tooth colour. And they followed all current guidelines re Covid 19 👍😁
