We had a major flood that wrote our carpets off. Insurance put us on to A.S.T to identify the replacement and the A.S.T measured and surveyed the amount required. Once the house had dried out and decoration repairs completed they were fitted. A.S.T worked to a very compressed timeline, provided 2 Teams of fitters led by Rob and completed the job 22 December so that we could have a normal house back in time for Christmas. We cannot thank A.S.T enough for handling our case so professionally; thank you.

Fantastic from start to finish. The process of calling them when you arrive and sanitising when entering the store due to COVID made us feel very at ease knowing they had a strict process in place which is great to see.We primarily dealt with Lorna who was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and matched our requirements exactly. The fitters were very thorough and efficient and the standard of when they had finished was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be using again.

Really pleased with the overall service I have received from AST. Everyone is helpful within the store. The men who came to fit the carpet (I didn’t catch their names sorry!) we’re so friendly and efficient, and did a great job. I had my flooring measured, quote drawn up, and fitted all within a week and this was for 5 rooms. Will definitely use again for the last room I need to complete. Great price as well, couldn’t believe how affordable it was. Flooring looks wonderful. Thank you so much.

AST did their best to make me feel at ease when I my to get pricing following a visit to my home by their surveyor. The lady who calculated prices for me was very thorough and explained all the options available, showing great patience when I kept asking for add-ons and changes. We eventually reached a price which was well within my budget and I hope to be able to get the work started as soon as the decorators have finished. I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism shown by all staff and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs their hand tightly held during the whole carpet-buying process.

Just had our carpets put in by AST they were all very helpful from start to finish.
Our carpet fitter (did not catch his name) was fantastic came on Saturday to fit the bedrooms then Monday to do the stairs landing, which was very helpful when trying to sort out the move.
Also the quality of carpet at such a reasonable price was fantastic.

Firstly, the price ( approx ) and the finished price didn't tally but that was our fault.We went for better quality.
Sam in the showroom was so professional, so approachable it was a pleasure to do business with her.
Steve the chap who measured excellent and turned up on time.
Now to await all the fitting and I have no doubt that will be just as good service.

We had our carpets fitted by this company on the 5th December. Absolutely fantastic pair of lads, friendly & professional fitting can't fault a thing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, carpet's are beautiful also 😍
