Great prices and choice of flooring! Helpful staff went through the pros and cons of each type of laminate with me.
Fitter was quick and clean and was able to fit when it was convenient to me. Altogether a great experience, would recommend!

The carpet fitters were in and out within 30 mins, and were fantastic.
And most importantly, the carpet itself is exactly what we wanted.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to say how fantastic the guys at Tapi Carpets in Telford have been. I re floored/carpeted the whole of my three storey house for a really reasonable and extremely competitive price. The service has been second to none and both Mike and Paul have gone out of their way to give me a fantastic level of customer service. Gary the fitter also maintained the professional service Tapi provided. Very impressed and would 100% recommend to friends and family with no hesitation!

Fantastic service, Had many things from them,flooring,edging,carpets... every time the service has been great.

Usually the same guy comes out to measure up, but fitters are not Tapi employed, or at least that's what they told me, that they are outsourced in. No issues with that, each time I've had fitters they've done a great job.

The whole team take pride in doing a superb job. Courteous and professional from start to finish. We had three carpets fitted and all look fantastic. Will certainly recommend.

A big thank you to the Telford team at Tapi Carpets especially Richard and Gary who came out to messure our stripe stair and landing carpet. Spot on . My wife and i thank them for their professionalism, politeness and friendly service. Also big thanks to the two carpet fitters. ( Will, sorry forgot the other one name ). We won't go anywhere else from now on and will certainly recommend Tapi.
