The staff in the didcot store are all extremely friendly and lovely ladies. I had a slight hiccup with an online order and the staff members have all been extremely helpful and went out of there way too help me and im now a very happy customer with a beautiful product from a great company.

Nice store and products are good quality

Irritating exchange with staff in this shop today. Dropped in to exchange an item which, when the packaging was opened, was the wrong size on the inside, and not what was labelled on the outside packaging. So the goods were faulty / not as described. Not the stores fault.

One friendly staff member tried her best to help me and find a replacement but they didn't have one available. After discussion with the other half we decided to take a refund.

By the time I had returned with the card a manager had appeared (or at least someone who had taken over to present themselves as one). She said I wasn't entitled to a refund as the item was purchased more than a month ago. I queried this, the goods being faulty, and she said that's just JoJo's policy, which she kept repeating. At this point it was getting a bit tetchy. She then said I could have them ordered to my house and she would comp the delivery fee for me in a tone that said "aren't you lucky I am doing this for you". Item was not in stock.

So we went back to the discussion over whether she should refund a 'faulty' item. Or whether I had to have a gift card. (Hint: the law says you must offer a refund for up to 6 months). And then she suddenly gave up and gave me the refund.

A lot of hassle for no reason. I think the staff member / manager in question probably needs a bit of training.

Also, the earlier staff member who I can only assume was more junior was much nicer and dealt with my issue in a much better way. So hats off to her. More like her please!
