Barry did a fantastic loft conversion for us. He constantly kept in touch and was the only builder to let us know when the job would start. his price was very reasonable and done to a very high standard. We went on to appoint Barry to completely renovate our roof and install Velux windows and this again has been done to a very high standard

I had a number of leaks on my garage roof,so contacted hills property management and was extremely happy with how quick I was quoted for the work and the very competitive price for the the work to be completed. The work was completed to a very high standard at a time that suited me. Barry who completed the work was a true professional and kept me informed during every process,
and removed all rubbish and kept the area clean at all times.
I would highly recommend this company for property maintenance and would definitely use again.

Barry to the rescue by solving an annoying dripping from the roof, which turned out to be the result of a blocked drainpipe. Prompt and professional service. Have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Post work a few grumbles about things 'in the invoice' - such as threatening to increase payment as not paid within 4 days. Think these expectations should have been made clear at the start as invoice comes after the work is done.
Saying that the work so far is great so would recommend 👌
