Nice pub with good beer. Bar staff were friendly, atmosphere was good and beer worked a treat. Add to your list of pubs to visit whilst in town.

We have been to this inn A few times over the years when visiting Keswick . Always had A lovely meal, this time we had fish and chips for four wow the fish was lovely really large potion the beer batter was delicious. We like that it's dog friendly too.

What a pleasant find this was! Everybody’s food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back for another meal before the end of our holiday in the lakes

Spent a couple of lunchtimes in this cozy pub after a good walk. Traditional and dog friendly. Barmaid ( farmers daughter ) was smashing, really friendly and chatty. Didn't try the food as we were eating at night but beer was excellent and atmosphere was spot on.

Ordered the Steak and Ale pie. Epic food, great quality meat, enjoyed every bit. Great value for money. I will definitely visit again before we head south. Thanks to all the guys at Lake Road Inn. Dog friendly and even though they were busy the squeezed us in.

Lovely young staff. Just stopped for drinks. Very busy but no-one was waiting long for a table. Dog friendly too.

Spent a few afternoons here in late August, sitting outside watching the world go by. Fantastic beer, even do sausages for the dogs... Happy days

Called in with friends this evening for Sunday lunch. We received a warm welcome (inc our dog). The Beef and Chicken Sunday lunch was excellent. Good range of ales and wines. The service was good even though the bar person was on his own. Would highly recommend for Sunday lunch and good service.

Party Party Party, went on a Saturday night and how I’ve missed live music. Pub had people dancing and singing, full of locals who welcomed us into the great atmosphere. Service was quick even though they were busy. So happy to have music back, can’t comment on the food but drinks were all available and reasonably prices :)

First time into the Lake Road Vaults for many years - erm, it's called bringing up children 😒 - and it is excellent! Very well furnished and the staff are great. Didn't skip a beat when the retired Geordie asked for a snakebite 😊. Lovely meal and can highly recommend 👍
