Great product range and excellent customer service. Better prices than most of the larger Pet Stores. Delivery service also available. We ordered one item that was out of stock and was still obtained and delivered the next day.

Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service..!
We went to blackpool on holiday with our 15 week old puppy & wanted some clothes & waterproof jackets so he could go on the beach without being cold. As we arrived in the shop we was greeted with a really nice lady, told her what we wanted but unfortunatly didnt have it in stock. (We thought that would be that) but no... the lady went out of her way & ordered them in store for us to pick up the very next day. (Which she didnt have to do)
When we arrived the next day she brought her puppy to meet our puppy & they had a wonderful hour or so play time which was amazing for them to bond with eachother.

This is excellent customer service & what a great little shop too. Highly recommended. 5*⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Handy little shop, has a great selection of pet food and even though they didn't stock the food my very fussy cat eats, the manager went out of her way to make sure it was in stock by the next day, which it was. Well worth checking out.

Really friendly staff and good value products ,would recommend this place to any one with pets . Top quality and best value around .extremely helpful advice given on any products purchased .
