A warning light came on so I went ask them for help. They were so kind and checked my car . They reassured me all was well. Obviously they had sorted the light. They would not take any payment. What an amazing first class garage. I recommend it to everyone

Couldn't be better. After years of dreadful experiences, I've finally found a garage I can trust. Not only that, Paul (I think) and his team are so polite, friendly, and professional.

I was expecting the inevitable phone call, saying, "You could do with a new left phalange, mate, it's only £50 if I do it today..." But no, my 180,000 mile Citroen just sailed through the service and MOT with nothing additional to be done. Super happy.

I was desperate need of repairing brake s because another garage stood me up. I went into ATS and asked if they could help. The gentleman at reception was very friendly, polite, and professional. He got on the phone with their supplier straight away to see if they could get hold of the brake pads for my car. They sorted my car out within 3-4 hours.

Recently ordered 4 tyres for my really old motorhome. Staff super friendly upon arrival and completed the job within 45mins. Super!

The Staff is really good and helpful! They help with everything and do the Job quickly and really good! Come and enjoy what you get! They Guy was name Paul, give a call to find out more, they are quite busy so do not sleep too long!!

I needed two new tyres, the website made it easy to order, and a slot for fitting was confirmed.
I received a courtesy call in the morning of the appointment offering an earlier slot if convenient (I had to decline).
I arrived at the appointed time and within 30 minutes, the new tyres were on plus a diagnostics report e-mailed to me.
The manager was exceptional, he explained what was going to happen.

Got the best deal on the internet for the particular tyre I wanted. Paid online and booked a fitting day and time to suit myself 6 days from buying. I was phoned within a few minutes by Paul from the Nuneaton depot saying that the particular tyre was not going to arrive as it had been superseded by a new model. I was offered the new tyres at the old price and also kept the special fitting price that went with the older tyre so win win really. Paul phoned me when they were at the depot offering an earlier fitting but due to other commitments I left it until the arranged appointment. Turned up at the correct time and the new tyres were promptly fitted and I was on my way within 40 minutes. Excellent service, ATS Nuneaton will be my preferred supplier from now on.

Very efficient, friendly service & their communication is outstanding. They called me with regular updates, always keeping me fully in the loop & getting my approval before fixing a diagnosed fault. I’ve used them twice now & overall have had new brake disks & pads fitted, new shocks and springs and tracking done and some exhaust repairs and all done to a fantastic standard & very good value for money. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Everything you could need, friendly service, quick turnaround, and Even managed to sort some cheaper tyres for me. Cannot recommend enough.

I recommend Paul and his team: I got a new set of tyres for my car from ATS Euromaster with a while you wait service about an hour inclusing laser alignment and nitrogen fill.

Superb. Took my car there for an MOT. Staff were friendly, polite and got on with their jobs.
nothing was too much trouble for them and they were knowledgeable in their roles.

Only downside is, I've literally had to google search you to leave a review. Marketing get on it. No Facebook page for these lads. How can you expect to promote the company if I have to thoroughly search for an specific ATS location? upside is groupon was really helpful as I wasn't aware there was one in my area, so saved me some pennies, which in turn was great because I probably won't go anywhere else form now on.

Had a screw in my tyre ,they couldn't fit me in "BUT THEY DID " ,excellent service ,will be going back for more excellent service Well done Guys ...

Had a blow out and was recovered by AA to ATS Nuneaton, it was almost closing time but the AA guy rang ahead and the ATS centre manager somehow managed to squeeze me in for a new tyre. He was very friendly and reassuring to get me back on the road and home again. The other guy in the reception was very good aswell.
The technician did a great job and also checked all my other tyres and explained to me what he had done. It was quite refreshing to have had such a great experience. Thanks guys (Matt Dayco with the blue 508sw) 👍👍

Great Staff very polite. Had a Blade stuck in my tyre and was very concerned it could cause a blow out. Staff immediately inspected tyre and confirmed it was dangerous to continue to drive on it.
tyre was speedy replaced with no fuss . Great service.
