Boots Pharmacy

Staff have always been helpful and understanding, even when I have had issues (of my own making I should add). It is a small Pharmacy so one should occasionally expect delays but honestly I've never found it to be too busy. Never had to queue out the door like other Pharmacies I have been to.

Claire the manager was friendly and polite when doing a on line return refund for me and even refunded the delivery charge after I had already rang customer services and told they wouldn’t refund it. Very pleased with the service received.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I have my repeat prescriptions sent here automatically and have never had any issues. The store is small but there's a lot of essentials stocked so it's great. The pharmacist is usually out to lunch around 1 to 2pm so you may need to wait if you pop a prescription in around that time. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I called in here to Boots of Camp Hill yesterday after being told by a local GP surgery that I wouldn’t be seen by them as I’m not registered there. I’m here working and my GP is a 200 mile drive away.

I called in here basically to see if the Pharmacy staff could advise me on anything that could help the ear infection that I was suffering with. The staff here were truly amazing and went above and way beyond the scope of their duties. Not only did they give me advice on how to help to relieve the ear pain and discomfort, but they phoned around the local GP surgeries on my behalf to see if they could get me an appointment as a temporary patient.

Their local knowledge was amazing and I watched in awe as Sharon, (who called the surgeries on my behalf) dialled all the numbers for the local GP surgeries from memory ! Within 5 minutes of walking into the shop, for what I thought was just going to be for some ear drops or paracetamol, the two particular staff members that looked after me had secured me an appointment at another local GP surgery the very next morning.

On merit this doesn’t sound like much, but the two members of staff knew more about the NHS than the NHS receptionist did that I had dealt with only minutes earlier. The Boots staff knew that I should have been seen as a temporary patient by ANY GP for up to 14 days if I am away from home. It was this knowledge backed up by an amazing willingness to simply help someone in pain AND having the local medical practitioners numbers immediately to recall, as well as then taking their time to call around the local GP’s on my behalf to arrange an appointment, that makes me write this review.

They did not have to do any of that, they could've simply sold me paracetamol and I would have been non the wiser. I have since seen the GP they organised and have been given medication for the ear infection.

The staff went above and beyond and were indeed good Samaritans as well as highly professional, knowledgeable and brilliantly helpful.

Boots at Camp Hill should be very proud of the staff they have there as that kind of dedication and attention to customers is not found very often at all anymore and certainly not found in that particular member of reception staff at the GP surgery across the road !

Fantastic service from Louise today my husband was working in your area he'd forgotten to take his diabetic tablets before he left home (in Birmingham) I spoke to Louise at 8.30 am she told me she could provide him with the tablets if ours Dr's could fax her a prescription.within 30 minutes Louise had called me back to say she'd received the fax and would have the tablets waiting for my husband.As my husband does a very manual job and drives a lot throughout the day he was worried about not taking them and feeling unwell Louise was very helpful and it was much appreciated Thankyou so much 👍😀

Great service. Ordered prescription via prescription ordering direct service at 9.05, received text at 14.21 to say ready for collection.

Excellent service great staff great range of products but at the same time can be expensive. One of the last few old standing shops left in Nuneaton
