I find Tapi carpet in Farnborough is very good. Lots of choices and good value for money. But the carpet fitter damage the floor board. And the manager is No helpful either to sort out that problem.

No pressure from sales staff in-store. Found the carpet and underlay we liked, got a quote based on our own measurements and paid. All very quick and efficient with a nice discount in their new year sale. Called by the fitters early on the morning of installation to give me an indication of the time they would arrive. Fitters were quick and tidy, vacuuming after finishing and took the offcuts away.

All very easy from start to finish. I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.

This is an exceptional company, providing a very high level of customer service. When I had a problem with the fitting, they went to great efforts to resolve it and put it all right; no hassle, no problem. Carpets are very good too - I'm coming back!

I moved into my new house a month ago and now I have the time I wanted to leave a review to let everyone know what an amazing place Tapi carpets in Farnborough are! From the moment of even just looking around to having our flooring fitting, everyone has been so helpful! I found that instore Anna and Steve were both patient, very helpful and informative. They weren't like carpet right that are on your case seconds after you walk in and follow you around! Any questions or queries they were happy to answer or explain. Having an estimator come out to measure and work us out a quote whilst we were both out at work was very handy! Our flooring arrived in time and we were able to pick our day to have our flooring fitted with no issues! The fitter Jason did an absolute incredible job fitting our whole house in one afternoon/evening. They didn't just fit carpet they also fitted our beautiful luxury vinyl! I have nothing but great words to say! Thank you so much for our flooring, it really set off our home! I would highly recommend Tapi Carpets in Farnborough!

First time customer and finding that the staff didn't pester just left you to view the carpet selections but when you got down to the nitty gritty the staff new their stuff and didn't fall for my patter when trying for a Christmas fitting, No chance, yes, First class Product..Staff and Showroom.

After using a well known carpet place near by on a number of occasions. I decided to try Tapi carpets on the off chance over the new Year.Im so glad I did. The customer service was excellent and excellent fitters aswell. Polite clean and very professional. My new flooring looks great at at a much cheaper price than eleswhere.
I would use them again and have recommended them to my mum.
