Really excellent service from start to end. Nick is very knowledgeable about all things carpets and was extremely helpful in finding the right carpet for our home. The Carpets arrived on time and the fitting was done professionally by Lee and Harvey who took really good care of our home and I was surprised at how little wasteage there was!

Farnham Carpet Co came highly recommended to us. They have been an absolute joy and pleasure in every way. Nick and Jeremy are first class. Jeremy came out to measure the whole house and brought lots of sample books with him. I went to the showroom and met Nick who gave me several samples to take home with no time pressure at all. Their knowledge of all carpets and underlay is amazing . They both have been exceptional, very kind, considerate and helpful. We are beyond thrilled with the carpets. The quality is outstanding and exceptional. The fitters Lee and Harvey have been so hardworking and considerate to me and my elderly parents. I managed to clear everything for them to make it as easy as possible. They cleared up and took everything away with them. It has been an absolute joy and pleasure to welcome all of them to our home. Everyone has been amazing, kind and considerate. Everyone has made this project as easy and straightforward as possible. We have been surrounded by kindness, care and consideration from the very beginning.

Brilliant , prompt service , no pressure, arrived on time , discussed which rooms first and how long it would take, and Nick visited both before to check which furniture would need moving, and after to check all fitted to his high standard. The fitters were delightful and couldn’t do enough for us, even the carpenter recommended to ease the doors was superb, we are very happy and would recommend this team to anyone .

We would highly recommend Farnham Carpets. The sales staff were very helpful, they came out to measure up to prepare the quote within a few days and they were better value than local competitors. The two fitters who delivered and laid the carpet were experienced and did the job quickly and efficiently. As the house is quite old none of the walls are parallel but the experts laid the carpet carefully enough that the stripes seem to correct this and all stripes look parallel to the edges. It has transformed our hall and landing and we are very pleased.

Farnham Carpet Company were very competitive in their price. I needed some advice and Nick was very helpful. There was a large room and an L-shaped room to carpet. They removed and disposed of the old carpet and underlay and fitted new in no time at all. The rooms look fabulous. I will certainly use this company again.

Excellent service, thoroughly recommend! We contacted Farnham Carpets to make six bespoke carpet mats with whipped binding around the edges. They provided a professional and friendly service throughout completing the job to a high standard. Many thanks to Nick, Darren and the rest of the team.

Just had our stairs and landing carpet replaced and yet again we are so pleased. I've lost count of the carpets I have bought from Nick and his team over the last 20 years! Always a friendly welcome in the showroom and a genuine interest in what we are looking to achieve. Lee is fantastic when he carries out the fitting, really couldn't ask for more when you have people come in to your home. Highly recommend this fabulous local business.

If you are looking for a carpet provider & fitter you can stop - this is the one! I cannot recommend Nick & his whole team more highly. They had an amazing range available and did an incredible job at fitting and communicating etc. But even more outstanding (and often rare these days) was the way they went above and beyond to fit me into an insanely tight deadline from ordering to measuring to fitting. Nick patiently answered all my naive questions and had excellent advice for our situation (making sure carpet could handle potential future health needs of seniors - eg wheelchair/walker friendly but also stain proofing/easy clean etc). They worked around to fix mistakes that tilers had made in door jams and at the last minute they even accommodated our request to added some carpet to the bottom of wardrobe and cupboards. You are in very safe hands with Farnham Carpet Company and I can not thank them enough for making this part of our stressful time challenge extremely pain free.

Nick and Jeremy were incredibly helpful in getting our carpets sorted. They took on board what we wanted and provided all of the samples and costings very quickly and the job was completed perfectly. I would very highly recommend Farnham carpets.

Farnham Carpet Co provided an excellent service throughout. Very friendly and helpful team hooked us up with some very comfy and stylish carpets. We were having two rooms fitted and upon starting the second room they advised we would need to take the radiator off for a good finish so they kindly came back early the next morning so as to minimise any disruption for us. Thoroughly recommend!
