It was not the easiest place to work on but their work was fantastic, they went beyond a normal service, punctual, polite and don't leave until everything looks perfect. Richard is a complete professional. We invited him to quote to recarpet our entire house - a 350 year old cottage. This was not a job for the light-hearted, as many walls were uneven, had no skirtings, and there were many “nooks and crannies”! Richard and his team were fantastic. They were efficient, friendly, excellent value and their attention to detail was spot on. Richard was meticulous in his planning which saved us having to buy additional carpet and he even made us a small rug with the leftovers. Recently, when part of the stair carpet was damaged by a pet, Richard responded incredibly quickly and repaired the carpet with ease and speed. I would highly recommend.

As usual, an absolutely sterling job by Richard. Two bedrooms and the lounge done in my new flat. Everyone that has visited me have commented on how soft the carpets are (with the excellent quality underlay). Picking the carpets was easy. We chatted about what I was looking for and some great options were prepared before we met up. In my last place all the carpets were done to a high standard over the years by Richard. Including an invisible repair due to an incident with a Stanley knife. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
