Starbucks Coffee

Came in on the 26th and was served by a lovely woman who was wearing a red bandanna and glasses(didn’t get her name) but She was really patient and very helpful whilst I was ordering , making sure we got everything we wanted and asked for. Iced Coffees were beautiful and served extremely quickly. All in all a great experience and will definitely be back

Visited numerous times over the past few weeks due to such wonderful service by George and Nic, turned me into a loyal customer of this Starbucks by their sheer politeness and welcoming selves. Never change

Plenty of seating available, great for sitting and chatting before watching a film. Nice little bonus of discount with the Cineworld unlimited card for those that are within cinema buildings. Staff are polite and friendly, especially when open late for the midnight releases and double bills at the cinema.

Top notch frappucino! Quiet for a weekday and regularly frequented by cinemagoers. The Staff are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Requested a frappucino with vegan cream. No vegan cream sadly, but instead got my drink filled all the way to the top of the spherical lid.

Quieter than some of the neighbouring cafés. Good tea and coffee and plenty of plant-based options. Plus "Blue Light" discount!

Great to see a proper Starbucks in Telford not the ones that's can't expect the points. Decor nice good furniture especially leather seats which you can clean as the material ones in other coffe shops loved stained, friendly staff. Would be nice if they had a separate board to advertise local businesses. Nice coffee here think they using a new machine.

Very impressed. Ordered 2 coffee's and 2 Danish pastries. Went to pay and they only had one pastry left. Was given another cake option and was reimbursed price of one cake and one coffee by manager. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great signature hot chocolate here. Staff are so very friendly, fun and good at their work. Nice and cosy atmosphere to sit and enjoy your favourite drink.

This is the best Starbucks in the Telford area, large seating area, friendly staff who are excellent at describing drinks for those who do not know what they want. You actually get a full drink (or extra if you get a frappe) and the staff are happy to give you extra sauce ect. Oh and it's attached to Cineworld so you can a 10% discount if you're an unlimited member.

Always friendly staff happy to answer questions, knowledgeable about the products and lovely atmosphere. Signature hazelnut hot chocolate is to die for x

Beautiful interior decoration and the customer service is great. I often come here before or after viewing a film at the Cineworld above but have often made stops here simply for the coffee. I've sampled much from the menu and have had only one instance I was unhappy with the product but that may have been down to personal taste. Pricier than Costa, Gregg's, Subway or any of the nearby cafés but open much later and much more spacious and quite with a much more varied menu and patisserie selection. My go to is usually a venti chai tea latte which I've never been disappointed with.

This is a large concession store that is clean, modern and not usually too busy which means it is a great place to sit and relax. The staff are really friendly and service is quick and efficient. There is a wide range of drinks and food to choose from as with any Starbucks. It is located downstairs from a large Cineworld and is just off set from the main shopping centre in Telford so conveniently located as well.

Great relaxing time once coffees were given to you but recommend the staff talk more to the customers and serve a little quicker than chatting amongst themselves.

Love Starbucks. Staff are always friendly and efficient , lots of choice of drinks and cakes, and if you can't decide tell the staff the sort of things you like and let them help you.
