We are so excited to be using our beautiful new F&L kitchen!

From start to finish Luke and his team helped us to create a fantastic new space coming up with great ideas to achieve the things we had on our wish list. Our fitter was a hard working perfectionist and wasn't happy unless it all looked perfect.

What makes them stand out from their competitors is the care and attention to detail about their kitchens and the quality of the product, their responsiveness to any query or request and the personal touch you do not get from a large national company.

We visited F&L following a recommendation from a friend. We spent a lot of time with them coming up with a beautiful design for our new kitchen, and were very impressed with the customer service we received.

We'd like to give a special mention to Tom in particular, he was very attentive throughout our experience and did everything he could to help design our dream kitchen. We honestly couldn't fault his commitment to getting us exactly what we wanted.

We absolutely love our F&L kitchen. Luke and the whole F&L team have been absolutely fantastic.

From the initial, in depth, design meeting to installation the whole service has felt personal and each stage has been carried out with perfection in mind. Luke kept in touch regularly and we really felt taken care of.

The design stage was not rushed and Luke listened to all of our wants and needs and made some great suggestions to tweak our design to make it perfect.

We already had an idea of what we wanted for our kitchen and F&L made it happen! No ask was too much trouble and the team have arranged for some beautiful bespoke additions to our kitchen which has made it amazing. They were able to supply and fit a bespoke kitchen at an affordable price.

Our kitchen fitter, Andreas, has been fantastic and has ensured the kitchen has been fitted to perfection. Parts were replaced that weren’t up to standard without us even having to ask!

We beyond pleased with our kitchen and are getting so many compliments. Thank you so much for making our dream kitchen a reality!

It has been a positive experience planning our kitchen with F&L and now it is fitted and made reality. What really made the difference was how clearly and helpfully Luke and his team communicated throughout Plus how open he was in dealing with the unique quirks of our space and our unusual requests. In early conversations with mainstream suppliers we found them unable to cope with planning for our unusual angles and close-minded to the things we wanted to do slightly different to the norm. But Luke always listened and thought about what could be done to fulfil our vision. So we have a kitchen that both looks beautiful and works for us.

My kitchen has just been finished, and it looks amazing. The customer care and service from Luke was over and above. He could not have been more helpful. He kept us in the loop at every step and nothing was to much trouble, and he really took the time and care in insuring I was happy. I loved the fact that I could see my kitchen with their fantastic AI system before it was installed, which gave me a real feel of what the final result would be. The quality of the units are excellent, great look and solid quality units. Lovely finish.. He also recommended a great company for the worktop who were also fantastic and co-ordinated the install directly with them. The fitting of the kitchen is fantastic. We are in LOVE with our DREAM kitchen! From the moment we started speaking to Luke we knew it was the right decision to go with F&L Kitchens. We have been renovating our whole property and the kitchen was the least stressful part - it was really fun and enjoyable. F&L offer such a bespoke service which you just don't get with other kitchen companies. From having a What's App group to share design ideas, to numerous design visits in the showroom to make sure we were always happy with the changes we made.

The design stage was so fun, Luke was amazing and knowledgeable when helping us make the right design decisions for our kitchen, never trying to sell us anything that we didn't want etc like other companies do.

The installation process was really smooth and Cecilia was always super responsive and kept us in the loop with deliveries etc.

Fantastic customer service from Luke & his team at F&L Kitchens. From start to finish the whole experience was exceptional, from the conversations around what we wanted, then going to see the plans & see our virtual kitchen at their offices, to the final installation by Andreas, it has been amazing. We are delighted with the comprehensive F&L service for our kitchen project. The VR experience played a crucial role in deciding colours and design, providing a clear vision of space utilisation. F&L collaborating with our interior designer helped with our decision-making. Despite a damaged unit on delivery, F&L promptly arranged for a replacement. The continuous updates on delivery dates helped manage expectations. Modifying the design post-installation was seamless, thanks to F&L's quick response. Touch-up paint provided is a practical bonus for addressing wear and tear. Positive feedback on the kitchen quality from friends and our installer solidifies our recommendation for F&L, and we'd gladly choose them for future projects.

F&L Kitchens are the whole package - quality kitchens, designed meticulously and thoughtfully and installed with the most thorough attention to detail. All underpinned by first rate customer service, Luke and his team are warm, approachable and never make you feel like your question is too small or silly. 10/10 GREAT EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’m writing this slightly longer review in case it helps anyone else in the same boat as me.

We found F&L by chance, based on a recommendation from a neighbour although I think most of their customers are based on recommendations which tells you everything you need to know. As a 30 something doing an extension and my first ever kitchen, I was initially a little unsure about speaking to F&L because I had no idea how much a bespoke kitchen would cost and I assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford it.

I had an initial quote from Wren for their top of the range kitchen. I had a quote from Magnet (3x Wren price) and wow the interactions we had were bad. I took the Wren design to a handful of other companies that were recommended so I could compare. For reference, F&L came in a little under the price of the Wren kitchen for a FAR superior quality kitchen, so obviously we were delighted about that. Dovetail joints on all the drawers, a corner larder, butlers pantry 😍

Everyone at F&L is really friendly and helpful, very easy to deal with, from Cecilia the office manager, to Luke who runs the business and designs the kitchens and Andris the kitchen fitter. (There are others but I didn’t interact with them).

Luke designed a great kitchen for us, challenged us on various things to make sure we got the best possible design and helped us compromise when things weren’t possible due to the build. He’s really easy to communicate with, always available, and everything is very relaxed (I sent a few voice notes during the day whilst at work when needed). He was very patient. When we had to push the installation back a few days due to building works but still wanted to be in by Xmas, he found a way to make it work. It’s his business so he goes the extra mile - you won’t find that sort of customer service just anywhere.

Andris the fitter is hilarious and very good at his job. We had one cupboard in our design that was going to cover a steel beam, that I honestly thought would just be a bit of a dud and not really useable. But enter Andris, and whatever wizardry he did, it’s basically the same as all the others!

Even the delivery drivers were extra friendly.

So, if you’re looking for a beautiful kitchen that will last, I would urge you to speak to Luke and see what F&L have to offer. They different styles at different prices, so will definitely be able to find something to match your budget (even if you aren’t quite sure what that is yet like I was).
