Use them every year for my daughters birthdays brilliant service even came the day before to drop off so my daughter got the bouncy castle for longer an to herself setup is quick very friendly couldn't fault them at all. Reliable company would recommend to anyone 😊

Fantastic service! Reasonably priced, guy who delivered was lovely, everything was on time and the bouncy castle was perfect. Even had Bluetooth speakers so we could play music for the kids during the party!
Will be recommending them to everyone and definitely using them again for our next party.

Extremely good service provided once again bouncy castle was delivered early with instructions on use (in the rain) the guys who delivered and picked up were pleasant and quick! The castles are always clean and well looked after, I recommend and use myself every time

Booked a few weeks in advance and wasn’t sure what the weather would be like and of course called for rain day of party. Party dome was great as even with the rain kids stayed dry and had a ball. Service was great as well. Will be using again for future birthdays.

I ordered 2 castles from Sean a good few months ago for my girls birthdays. The order process was done online and was very easy.
I got a confirmation email and the company reached out the week of the order to confirm all was well.
On Saturday 2 very clean and well presented castles were delivered and assembled ahead of schedule. They were perfect. Plenty of mats were also provided.
Collection was at the agreed time and the castles were a great deal.
My family has used the company for years, and having myself recently switched from using another company - Sean will certainly benefit from my business in future. Thanks from 2 happy girls and a happy mummy

Really delighted with the service from Bouncearound - the guy who came to set up for us was very polite and friendly, and helpful with organizing a different bouncy castle for the rainy day we ended up with. My young daughter had a bit of a fuss as the disco Dom was a little dark (she just turned 4) and without a problem the guy came back and swapped the bouncy castle to another one, I appreciate that he really went out of his way to do this, as ive dealt with many people who would have had an attitude or simply said no - the guy was so kind and happy as long as we were happy, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who would like a reliable and friendly service! :)

The bouncy castle was in great condition, (as was the previous disco Dom we had swapped) the options for castles were brilliant and the kids had a blast even in the rain lol

Brilliant service! Have used this company for all of the kids parties! Even got the bouncy castle dropped out a day earlier than we had originally booked, three very happy children. Mats were provided and the castle was sanatized before use. Would highly recommend.

Great service, booked hot tub and bouncy castle. Delivered on time and in excellent condition. Great to relax in hot tub and kids had Great time in combo slide and bouncy castle with music through Bluetooth. Highly recommend.
