Popped in after our walk on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted with lovely friendly staff. Beautiful little pub. The food is amazing, you can tell that alot of pride and thought goes into making and serving the food. Tastes devine and presentation makes you feel like your in a top restaurant. It's dog friendly with staff bringing fresh bowls of water for them to enjoy. Will definitely be going back. Can't recommend enough. A true hidden gem.

Had an amazing meal here yesterday, top quality. But more than that, they accommodated a rather large party of 14 at very short notice. Even so the service and food was excellent, all our meals came out at the same time and all piping hot.
It’s a really relaxed atmosphere and we will definitely be going again. Thank you to Management and staff for a very enjoyable family lunch. 👍

Really lovely welcoming pub, dog friendly and serving quality food (12-6pm on a Sunday, what's not to love!) Really impressed with this place so I definitely recommend. We called in without booking and were made very welcome even though they were busy. Sunday lunch was excellent, a great selection and great quality. A small outdoor seating area out the back & the whole place is dog friendly.

Food was excellent. We all agreed it was one of the best Sunday lunches we’d ever had. Portion sizes generous, everything cooked perfectly... recommend very highly. Desserts were delicious, too. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you :)

Amazing pub. First visit here with my family and fur kid Guinness. The owners were wonderful and had put a blanket, a bowl of water and biscuits out for my fur kid. Our food for the humans was delicious. Vegetarian and vegan options avail le. Rebooked for the next night ❤

Great food and friendly staff! Everything you want in a country pub

This pub/restaurant is a real find. Our second visit here for food and it was excellent again and even though our Sunday lunch was at 4 30pm the food still came out fresh, tasty and plentiful. The Tredegar Arms is a lovely unpretentious village pub with helpful, knowledgable staff and it's good to see folks not just using it as an eaterie but also enjoying just a bottle of wine!!

Called in on a sunny Sunday afternoon for a Roast Lunch, pub was very busy, but polite staff managed to squeeze us in, + didn't have to wait long for what I would say was the best roast I have had out at a pub. Would definitely recommend + will be returning when in the area.

Lovely food, great front of house. Been there a few times and always top notch. Try the game pie. Outstanding and Sunday lunch is fantastic. Book ahead for Sunday's.

I had roast beef, all the trimmings, followed by Eton Mess. My husband had belly pork with scrumptious crackling. A lovely meal.

Absolutely lovely pub & restaurant. Staff are charming and ever so friendly. Our dog loved the company of the other patrons' dogs too. Food was delish!

Excellent beer and fantastic welcome. They were busy with lunches, but had time to ensure we were catered for as passing drinkers.

Called in on the off chance a group of seven, well looked after can't fault the food or service. Members of our group are going to make it a regular meeting place for their meals out. Thank you to all staff.

not sure what the old reviews are all about, go there, go there now. the food is amazing. the service friendly and relaxed, nice beers and a really cozy place, oh and the Christmas decorations are really classy.

The best Sunday roast in this area we never have to book it's cooked to perfection just like a good home roast fresh vegetables not frozen and large portions good service and great value would highly recommend being local we have used this pub many times and never had a bad meal well done

First class meal with everything cooked to perfection. Couldn't fault it if we wanted to. Then the cheesecake to die for . Simply awesome . Well done we will be back.
