Asda Dundee West Superstore

This store is huge and pretty much has whatever you need for anything. Every time I've been, it has been clean and fully stocked.

God bless Asda for giving winter warmers to older folks for £1!! Special thanks to Cole for excellent customer service.

Very nice young Lady and Man on customer services when I had to bring back 2 pairs of Jeans and exchange them for a bigger size , thank you .

Good friendly staff especially Tina on the cigarette/lottery desk. Went in sandwiches and drinks. Toilets are clean and well stocked. Trolleys do not need a token or £1 which is handy.

I'm an Asda regular from Grangemouth. This is a good store. I popped in on way to work. I was assisted by a delightful employee called Queenie at the basket self paying area. So helpful, humorous and enthusiastic. A lady from the the Philippines. A credit to Asda! Great customer service. Thanks.

Had the most lovely check out experience with one of the team members. Won't use her name for privacy. But she was the most joyful friendliest cashier I have met. An absolute asset to the team I visiting this morning, if anyone from Asda would like her details I would be happy to pass them on.

Absolutely fantastic service from Murray on the click & collect dept in Myrekirk. This man is always friendly, helpful, courteous but tonight he went well above and beyond to help me out with some missing items. This guy deserves to be recognised as an absolute asset to this store. He was also on his own tonight, running about after 3 customers while I was there and yet he still sorted out my issue and apologised profusely. What an absolute gem. Thank you! Give this guy a bonus.

Love some of the staff who help me find groceries and also some ladies have done courses on BSL signing and they are able to tell me voices on tannoy

Just off the A90 outskirts of Dundee South. Handy sized Asda easy to find and easy to see. Adequate parking good tarmaced car park no lorries. Fuel also available. This is a good store with an opticians plus cash machines. Covid aware and rules enforced mask to be worn at all times. Store is packed with goodies and many other items. Staff are efficient and friendly and helpful. Tightened up my glasses for free. The store is well run and a good advert for Asda. When passing call in and purchase what you need and more.

Great store, I just had to stand up for the reading a review that it was cold and the customer couldn't browse as long.. I managed just fine in the cold snap and even took my jacket off so there.
Clean tidy and fresh store and prices are good one of the best.

I came home from Australia for a holiday and stayed with my brother and his family. My wife and I decided we would try your super store man oh man what a great surprise we found everything we wanted and I had butteries which I have not had for years and my wife who is Greek tried them as well so we got ourselves 3 bags to take home. Some of the nicest staff we met as we needed all the help we could get with the new pence and they took a little time to show us what we were doing. So all I can say is well done to all and we will be back again when next we visit.

Nice shopping precinct with a good size Asda and next to a huge HomeBargains and Aldi

Nice Supermarket, has a scan & go facility, quick check out and ordinary check outs, so you have the choice. Almost anything can be bought here and definitely cheaper than Tesco, although the Tesco shoppers would have some excuse!

Great store I use this store when traveling from Glasgow to Fraserburgh. Loads parking which is great as Iv got a large vehicle. Great selection always get what I'm looking for.
