Being a nervous car buyer, and having walked away from several pushy dealers I was delighted to find Roston Park Motors. Paul was like a breath of fresh air. The car we bought is lovely, was sensibly priced, presented beautifully and with all issues sorted, included one we hadn't noticed which he pointed out to us! A week after taking the car I found a fault. Paul dealt with the problem with no quibble and with the same professional and friendly attitude as when we were buying. A gem. I won't go anywhere else to buy a car.

We have purchased three quality used vehicles from Roston Park Motors, on all occasions we have experienced great customer service. Every car has had a lot of time and effort (and money!) put in to it to make sure we have a quality and reliable used vehicle. All the cars are clean, well prepared and a fresh MOT before it is allowed to leave the forecourt. My next car will be purchased from here, we travel from Northamptonshire, highly recommended!

this is first time i have dealt with Paul,i live in nth east scotland, i purchased a car from him recently and had a problem with car when back in Scotland which unfortunately not covered by the warranty i had but Paul kindly offered to cover all costs to vehicle repair which he duly did, definatly a garage you should deal with the after sales service is excellent as are the quality of cars he sells. Back in June this year I returned to Paul at Roston Park to buy what is now the third vehicle our family has purchased from him. I bought an immaculate Vauxhall insignia to suit my work needs and the service that I have received from Paul has not disappointed.

Before purchasing the car Paul openly informed me of the known concerns he had with the car and informed me of the plan he had in place to ensure these were resolved before I received the car. He did just that to the best of his abilities with a full service and MOT.

Unfortunately for us both a couple of the issues did reappear. I informed Paul of this and he did not hesitate to have the car back off me and did his best to turn it around as quickly as possible once more.

Paul's level of passion to deliver the best possible service is admirable and he will always ensure that he has updated you as much as possible. Even if it is just a whatsapp message when he is able to talk he will always make sure you are kept informed.

I'm sure he will now be happy to see the back of me until my family next requires his services but i definitely will look to return to him again in the future as his selection of cars is incredible and if he hasn't got what you need he will definitely be on the look out for you.

I was recommended to this car garage after my mum bought one a year before. I picked a ford s max as I'm having my 4th baby and needed a big family car. It took about 10 days from paying my deposit until the car was delivered to me as i paid for the garage to change the cam belt and they needed to fix the parking sensors. I live in Coventry so Paul kindly brought the car to me to save me getting the bus with 3 children. I've now owned the car for about 6 months and it drives well. The battery died within the first few weeks and Paul came over to my house with a new one and we went halves which I thought was a really nice gesture. A week or two later my husband was driving behind me and noticed the right back light was flickering which is a common fault and then a week after that the child lock malfunctioned and the rear back window would go up and down. Paul ordered a new light but it was faulty so he did fit a new one a couple of weeks ago with no cost to me and then a few days back he collected my car and took it to have the electric window motor replaced and dropped it back same day

A couple of faults but all in all minor and he kept to his legal duty of being able to go back to the dealer within the first 6 months with any issues and I'm thankful for that. The effort that Paul has put in over the time has been the best I've had from any car dealer and I've had a few

My husband is now saving up and will be going to Paul later in the year for his new car and I have recommended him to family and friends

*Update** I've now owned the car and put it through two MOTs, to which it sailed through and the mechanic commented last week on its good condition. Love my car :)

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very honest, look after their cars and treat customers well. Had a minor niggle with my car after purchasing but dealt with quickly without any fuss. Will be returning in the future and have recommended friends and family go here. Have always found the dealer to be more important than the car when buying second hand, having said that, we are also very happy with the car. Thanks Paul!

Having just got my car from here today I'm extremely happy. The chap I've dealt with through out the purchase - Paul - has been nothing but helpful, honest, and just carries himself with integrity.

I won't state the details here, as I feel the need for discretion to save the fella from being bombareded with the same scenario. But basically there was a situation where Paul was willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from any owner of any type of business. I really appreciated this. To be honest, there's a couple of other occasions I can think of where I feel he went the extra mile getting the car into top shape ready for collection.

I would 100% without any doubt what so ever recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Edit: Took the car out on the night time of purchase. Came across some unforseen issues - no fault of Roston Park Motors - phoned Paul up straight away the following morning pretty much as soon as the garage opened. He told me to pop in whenever was convenient for myself and he'd sort it. Pulled up and straight away got the issue fixed.

Due to a stereo typical wheeler dealer we needed a reliable car very quickly, at an affordable price. Roston Park Motors was recommended to us on the point it was open on a Sunday. We emailed Paul after checking cars available on his website. He responded almost immediately (this was outside of their open hours). He was very helpful with our inquiry.
On arrival at the site, we were very guarded due to being sold a very poor quality vehicle 3 weeks earlier( Not from Roston Park Motors). Hubby test drove the car. Paul was very informative of vehicle, it's history, and our options. Was not pushy or power selling in any way. Gave us plenty of time and privacy to make up our minds. Collected the car 4 days later after Paul had arranged a full vehicle check and MOT.
Hubby say's car is a dream to drive and has renewed his love of driving again. Great service. Very honest.

I recently purchased a Volvo S40 from Roston Park Motors. I am really pleased with the vehicle, especially as I wanted a comfortable, reliable, affordable, well appointed saloon car...at a decent price. Paul was really helpful and was even able to offer a zero per cent deal: all this after I changed my mind about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. And with all the other things going on, Paul was able to deliver the car to my home.
Paul has, in fact, now supplied the vehicles that myself, my wife and my daughter are currently using. Unfortunately for Paul my wife loves the Ford Galaxy that Roston Motors provided that she does not want to part with it. As a family we always feel that we are dealt with fairly by Paul and are treated as part of the 'Roston Family'.

We bought a used Honda Jazz from Roston Park Motors about a year ago. We're really happy with the car, which is holding up very well. In addition, Paul has been so helpful and professional throughout the year, with whatever questions we've had, or with whatever we've needed. He also recommended a trustworthy place to get our MOT done this year. A really good, honest guy.
