Absolutely marvellous and efficient service. Our car suddenly cut out and the lovely chap who helped us push it to safety recommended Woodrow Garage. Thankfully we were able to get it there and they diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and had a part for us the next morning. We were able to carry on with our holiday with minimal disruption. 5 star service and reasonable prices. Thank you!

Paul carried out an MOT on my vehicle yesterday 18/04/2023. He was efficient and thorough throughout the MOT and he did it while I waited. It passed its MOT. I have my vehicle serviced by Woodrow Garage as well and they are thorough, time efficient and do a marvellous job every time and my vehicle hasn’t had any problems as it’s been looked after by Woodrow Garage.

Good service for any repair work for your car

I cannot add much more than the previous comments so far as the great service and help I received.
I had lost my locking wheel nut key and after calling The AA, Volkswagen and Halfords I found that VW wanted over £175 to do the work or the others just didn't answer. I was recommended to Woodrow through a friend and not only did they fix the problem in quick time and with little notice, but they did all of the work and fitted a new tyre for less than VW wanted to charge me only for new locking wheel nuts! Praise to the gang at Woodrow, a good example of how service used to be.

There are very few businesses like this left, customer service is something most business view as not worth while, Paul
Could not be more helpful, the price is always reasonable and they always sort the issue, inchcape Landrover could spend a few hours at the Woodrow to see how to run a business with proper customer care, running a garage is not about a pretty showroom. Funny I have never taken a vehicle back to sort the same issue twice, landrover it is around 5 visits and months in their garage. These are straight talking people from planet earth, and they treat you the way they want to be treated, 10 stars!!!!!

Great service from Paul and the team. They managed to squeeze my car in at very short notice before our family holiday. Completed a service, brake pads and 2 front tyres. Great quality and service at an excellent price!! Thanks.

I would Like to say a massive thank you to Paul and co at Woodrow garage who went above and beyond all my epectations, they recovered my car which broke down on our first day on holiday, they fixed the engine in just a few days which took a considerable amount of man hours, despite being extremely busy, the rushed the job through so I could pick it up today, Paul kept me informed every step of the way and the final bill was a Lot less than I bargained for.
I would highly recommend these guys to anybody, polite, friendly and easy going, they filled me with confidence, and my Ford Galaxy purred Like a Kitten all the way back to Northampton, even the horn works now which didnt previously (bonus)
I will pop in when we are down again in August to say hi and have a cuppa with you Paul, all the best from the Friel family.

Fantastic service. Paul has been so helpful, my truck broke needed a new flywheel and clutch. Got it sorted reasonably quickly which is why I will definitely be going back to woodrow! Highly recommend that you get your car done here!!!!

Reasonably priced garage but in a very convenient location as there isn't another petrol station for a while, other than the BP in Aylsham which is expensive. Haven't used the service area for a while but engineers are knowledgeable and not a rip off.

Excellent local garage!, friendly, professional and always do a good job! These guys are always busy but always make time for you! Paul's gone out of his way countless times to help, even stayed really late one night to help me out. Really appreciate their opinions to.
