Such a stunning place to visit. I used to stay in a nearby caravan site as a child with my grand parents - it was lovely to visit again now i’m an adult! The boardwalk hasn’t changed at all, such beautiful wildlife to see.

Mannington Gardens is a Royal Horticultural Society partner and therefore free for RHS members; but even if you are not a member; in my opinion, the small fee paid is really good value as the garden is beautiful; it also sits around a medieval moated hall – the house is also stunning and not open to the public, but you can walk around it; highly recommended if you are near Norfolk.

What a great find. Not too big but a nice place to spend a couple of hours. Some great areas for children too. Nice cake at the tearoom. Thoroughly recommend.

A lovely day spent wondering round the gardens, and enjoying amazing cake!! Many of the plants and roses clearly labelled

My wife and I loved our visit to Mannington. Sure the gardens are not Chatsworth but if anything it's adds to the charm and ambience of the place. All the moans and groans of the last year just disappear as you walk around the grounds of this superb period property.

The tea room is a must. Enjoyed my homemade sausage roll so much I had to compliment the lovely lady behind the counter. What a place to sit outside enjoying our coffee. All round loved Mannington.

Oh and frankly if it's not worth £6.00?? Well I'm scunnered!

Very nice garden with lots of very useful information boards. The moated house looked lovely. The grounds are well kept. We did not visit the cafe so unable to pass comment

Love coming here. When it's open the gardens are a delight, the cafe always worth a visit for the range of homemade cakes. Outside of opening hours we always enjoy a walk around the surrounding countryside and a visit to the birdhouse. An often quieter, peaceful place to come for a walk.

The gardens are simply divine. Visited the Rose garden, the Chapel Garden, and the gardens surrounding the house.

Beautiful gardens and lovely walks in stunning countryside. Take a look at the derelict church and grounds. Also walk to the bird hide across the wooden walkway over the water meadow. Very nice teashop too. Large car parking area.

Anyone into geocaching will find 7 here on a circular walk. You will need your wellie boots to do that walk if it's been wet.

There is a stunning circular walk that begins in a car park at Mannington Hall (£2 payment in an honesty box) and then takes you through part if their garden over a marsh bog and you can stop and bird watch in a hide overlooking a small lake. After that you leave the garden and head off towards Wolterton Hall. 7 miles walk and thoroughly enjoyable. You pass Saracens Head pub (fabulous) and a tea room at Itteringham if you need refreshments.

Peaceful gardens, lovely setting. Don't forget to take binocaes and visit the boardwalk and hide. We saw otter and kingfisher there
