I have no idea how anyone can say this is "work in progress".

The shop and cafe are absolutely fabulous, goats, peacocks, small avery all for you to enjoy and most importantly an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the owner and the girls.

Food was great and the shop has basic groceries along with a selection of souvenirs for both young and old. The windmill has to be one of the best in the area in terms of renovated condition and just awaiting its sails.

What an absolute cracking find. If you are traveling by, pop in even if just for a brew you won't regret it.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous a true British gem.

Absolutely flawless full English breakfast. Really nice coffee. Welcoming staff. Surrounded by friendly donkeys and goats, cheeping birds in the Avery. Nice little souvenir shop to grab a keepsake. Gave five stars because you can't put 6. Thanks

What a gorgeous spot! Breakfast was AMAZING and the service was really friendly and efficient. Great little shop on site so we could stock up before heading back out on the boat. The friendly donkeys and mischievous goats were just the icing on the cake! Highly recommend this little hidden gem.

Lovely breakfast in here. The lady serving and cooking our meal got our awkward request cooked bang on and the owner was also wonderfully polite and chatty. Really nice for a breakfast and a stroll along the river after if it takes your fancy
The donkeys were hilarious and the aviary is lovely. Can't wait to return in the future. Xx

What an excellent shop, plenty of essentials plus lots for the kids, Lovely owners and made really welcome.
Looking at the animals was a treat, and lovely to see peacocks in all their glory.
The mill looks splendid. I hope I've got a couple of good photos.😁.
What a pity we need to be off before they start serving breakfast.
We will be back 🦆🦆🐔🐔🐎

We visited Stracey Arms Mill by car for a coffee whilst on holiday with our two children and two lurchers. I felt at home as soon as we were greeted by a little chihuahua at the gate. The coffee was amazing and the views were breathtaking. The icing on the cake was the free roaming friendly animals in the adjacent field who we had lots of cuddles with. They all looked extremely happy well cared for. The staff were all super friendly and we had a lovely long chat with them. They even warmed up my coffee for me because I was so long looking at the animals. There are few places where I feel completely at peace and Stracey Arms Mill was one of them. It was definitely a highlight of our holiday. Well worth a visit either by boat or by car.

The way the look after all the animals is amazing and so caring. You must visit you will love it. We moored up for the night, left the next morning, but came back that day to stay again. A beautiful place to stop at, we loved feeding the animals and the gift shop is lovely. We stayed over night on our boat and had breakfast in the cafe the next morning which was amazing and great value. My children also had very luxurious hot chocolates (more like desserts). The owner and staff are lovely and I Would highly recommend this quirky little place for visit.

Stopped here overnight and ordered breakfast in the morning. The vegan breakfast option was delicious and cooked to perfection. The pot of tea was also very refreshing. Great start to the morning.
Hats off to both cooks.

BEST PLACE ON THE NORFOLK BROADS.

I've been visiting the Norfolk Broads with both friends and family for many years now and we always look forward to visiting Stracey Arms Mill. The location is brilliant with views across the marshes for miles ( as a bit of a Windmill fanatic I use my monocular when I'm there as you can see lots of Mills).

The shop and cafe at the Mill are brilliant and well stocked. I recommend the full English breakfast or the Ploughman's lunch, believe me you will not be disappointed. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming and treat me and my friends like family.

If you are a animal lover, this is a brilliant location to stop. There are goats, donkeys, chickens, ducks, peacocks and dogs too which are friendly.

So if you are holidaying on the Broads, don't forget to stop at Stracey Arms either for a quick visit or mooring overnight.

A wonderful Tea Room with a difference. Popped in for lunch which was good & had such a warm welcome from Ronnie in the tea room & Dawn in the shop. I got a chance to cuddle a chihuahua & stroke a gorgeous German Shepherd. It was amazing to see the birds, peacocks, goats, ponies & donkeys. Dawn is so passionate about her pets & you could see they loved her too.

Very friendly, welcoming to our dogs (lots of dog biscuits). Well stocked shop and good value food and drinks in the cafe. Nice spot to moor overnight (we stopped twice during our week long holiday). Liked seeing all the animals. Bit of noise from the A47.

Best place on the broads. We holiday 3 times a year and always head straight for this place. Dawn and Ronnie can not do enough to help you. The breakfast is the best i have had in years and they even charged nics laptop as we have no shore power on our boat. Thank you. Will be there tonight as we have been given a extra night on the boat.
