Pets at Home Blackpool

Posting on behalf of my mum.

I have just got a 10 week old Corgi for my husband after recently having to have our old corgi put to sleep.
I was speaking to a member of staff from the Blackpool Store called Amber she was a very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant helping me with the Pets at Home app getting me started and showing me the vouchers I could use in store now,she also helped me to look at harnesses to see if one would be suit for my puppy.
She Is a credit to your store and she went above and beyond.
It is a shame I can only give here a 5 star rating otherwise I would have given her a much higher score.

We have 3 Dogue de Bordeaux a 4 year old,2 year old and 8 week old. They’re all registered with vets pets in the store. very friendly and competent helpful staff. 👍

Visited today with my cat Frankie. The shop staff where very helpful. The vet reception staff where great. First time at this vet and will never go anywhere else. Lisa the vet was lovely and took her time with my cat. She explained everything and didn’t rush me. 5 star treatment. A brilliant place 😻

We called at Pets at Home Blackpool to purchase a cooling mat for our 4 year old German Shepherd. The staff in the shop were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We did find a XXL cooling mat which we purchased and the staff gladly got rid of the packaging for us so that we could the mat straight away. Overall a very good experience. Thank you Pets at Home.

Plenty of pets however the things you need to go with the pet you choose are expensive. Rabbit died after 2 years :( now on to hamsters.staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended trying it out. They are not as expensive as people say. And for that little extra care for your pet. This is the place to go

Ashton Gardens is always a pleasure. The lake, the park, the sunken gardens, are just beautiful. The food in the Pavilion is consistently delicious. The staff are so very nice too.

The staff were really helpful on giving me advice on my springer spaniel

Great service, very friendly staff

It's always a stressful time taking a poorly cat to the vets but they really do a fantastic job looking after us when we are there. Staff are very friendly on reception and the vet talks to you in a calm manner explaining everything.

Never know what you'll get with a chain but I can personally vouch for this one at least!

A women that works at pets at home was exceptional! Anything I ask was not an issue. She was amazing. She knew every product and was able to help me with my dogs ear issues. The customer service was amazing. I didnt catch her name but she had blond highlights and was in her 30's. Lovely women! She deserves some recognition!

Pets at Home Holyoke AVE ,super staff always so helpful and great on advice recently with my chihuahua on his kibble and amounts daily ,such a pleasant staff member he was .took the time to work out weight and age of my dog .much appreciated.

Wonderful ! I acquired a very old rescue cat over 2 years ago, she had lots of problems, the majority having to be dealt with during the early days of the pandemic. Couldn't fault anything, they treated my old lady with love and kindness and we always got an appointment promptly. Unfortunately, last December, after tests and medication she took a turn for the worse and had to be put to sleep. The care shown to my Jessie and myself was beyond heartwarming and I will truly never forget this. Thank you to all concerned.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The manager especially has been brilliant with us as we have just had a litter of 10 kittens, he was more than happy to give us advice and guidance. All of the staff are incredible at their jobs and you can see that have a passion for it and are all very knowledgeable.

Visited the store, spoke to Debs who was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. Debs is a credit to the Blackpool Pets at Home team. Thank you Debs for all your help.
