The staff are very knowledgeable. We wanted to look at a modern t.v. as ours was quite a few years old. We left & having seen the improved picture quality and been taken through various functions that our old TV didn't have, to await delivery in 2 days of a great new 50'' TV! Sortedmàny thanks.

I purchased a Bosch Washing Machine on Monday of last week. The following day by 9.45am the washer was fitted by two great lads who were really polite and efficient. Can’t get better service than that. Shop at Salisburys a good reliable Company that you can trust.

Went for a replacement tumble dryer, and the salesperson gave the most comprehensive description of an number of models. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and we raised out budget target to buy a better product. Far better warranty (5 years), and A+++ rating. We are doing our bit!

Amazing service, we purchased a fridge and a washing machine a month or so ago, they stored them for us and we were able to collect them easily. They helped into the van (which proved tricky!). Very glad to have used Salisburys than a big firm!

We purchased an under the counter integrated fridge. I purchased an incorrect model by mistake. The one I choose had a problem with the kitchen units end panel, resulting in being unable to remove the kitchen shelves. The lads who came to fit the fridge identified the problem straight away. They sorted out the correct model and fitted it on the same day. Other issues arose, but the lads went above and beyond to sort this out.
Nothing was too much trouble, making sure everything was correct.
It’s a refreshing change to come across a company that puts the customers first.

Excellent service!! Asked for an integral washing and purchased it with no fuss. The next day it was installed and the old one taken away. They are even modifying the panel door to fit. Buy local this company is superb!!

I ordered several Miele appliances from this store. Their service is above and beyond anything else I have ever experienced. On the 7th of January Salisbury’s engineer repaired my Miele washing machine. The engineer was very punctual, carried out the repair in a very professional and friendly manner. I would recommend this local company without hesitation. A very satisfied customer.

Customer service is just awesome with these guys, had a problem with our Miele dryer. With a replacement part on order from Miele a month away and with little or no communication from Miele apart from the standard someone will call you back in 48 hours....I spoke with Will who sourced and delivered a temporary dryer the same day whilst we await the repair to ours. This for is me is putting the customer at the heart of everything you do...alot of these so callbig firms can alot from local businesses such as Salisbury's. As business owner myself I would whole heartedly recommend Salisbury.

Couldn't ask for a better service. We visited a few days ago to to look at washing machines and were shown a few in our price range. We liked a Hoover and the member of staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Returned yesterday to purchase the machine and were told it could be delivered and installed the following morning between 9 and 1o'clock. They arrived at 3 minutes past 9 and disconnected the old machine and connected the new one in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent independent (Euronics) showroom with a very wide range of electrical goods. We went there to look at Rangemaster cookers, in these days of online shopping it was good to be able to look at and handle the physical product before buying. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and we were impressed by the service offered including installation and removal of the old cooker. The price was competitive, too. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service. Rangemaster were being particularly unhelpful with regard to a problem with my oven which was under warranty. I had purchased the oven from Salisbury's so after nearly three weeks of trying to get the problem resoved myself and being passed from pillar to post by Rangemaster I asked if they could help me. Within 24 hours Paul had arranged for my oven to be replaced. My new oven was delivered and fitted the next day. Needless to say I did not stick to the same manufacturer. So pleased with the level of service I received. Buying from a local independent retailer has so many advantages.

Our washing machine packed up mid way through a cycle. I had become tired of replacing cheap washing machines every few years, so, on the advice of my boss, I called Salisburys and dealt with Paul, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I decided to push the boat out and buy a Miele, again on the recommendation of my boss. I was looking at a machine which was around the £750 mark, but Paul gave me other options, including one with a ten year parts and labour warranty, at £1100. I decided to push the boat out. The deal was done, paid for over the phone as the shop was closed due to Covid-19. This was Saturday afternoon, the machine was arranged to be delivered and installed on Tuesday afternoon. The delivery men arrived promptly, and within a few minutes it was fitted and working. I am chuffed to bits, with the machine and the service, and would have no hesitation in dealing with and recommending Salisburys to anyone.

What amazing service from Chris and his team!! We had been let down by Miele regarding a specialised repair of our rotary iron and we needed help very quickly as we have a very busy B&B! Chris was really helpful with lots of suggestions as we live over an hour’s drive away, and the iron was repaired very quickly at a very reasonable price!! Thankyou so much once again! We definitely recommend Salisbury’s for exceptional customer service, great knowledge and expertise and fantastic value for money!

Ordered a new fan oven and the service was brilliant. Really helpful staff, free delivery and the connection charge was half the price curry's were charging and again half the price for taking our old oven away :) excellent.
