I went to see Zaid today and from the moment I met him in the corridor he was very welcoming, friendly and fully explained everything that was happening. He took the time to go through my xray and share where he thought my issues were coming from by explaining how the nerves worked and how this related to work I'd had done to my teeth previously. This was such a pleasant experience because it was in such contrast to my last visit before covid with a different dentist, which had made me anxious about going to the dentist again.

The Dentist back then had terrible communication skills, would often mumble what little information he gave me which led to me having a crown fitted without fully understanding that he would drill so much of my existing tooth away, down to a stump, to fit the crown. At the time I was mortified to see I had agreed to permanently removing so much of my tooth just because they had said crowns last longer than fillings.

I've gotten over it now but I believe this sort of scenario wouldn't be possible with how thorough Zaid is, I hope he stays a long time.

I have been attending this dental practice for 43 years and can't fault it.
Yes on occasions I have had a short notice cancellation, but they are still treating me.
Covid-19 has not helped anything to do with medical needs. But that's not anyone's fault.
Had a crown treatment started recently.
Really happy with what's been done recently and for over 40 years.
And yes I'm on NHS dental treatment and I have paid privately for the Crown treatment.

I had a fantastic experience at this practice. Right from the start the reception were friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long once I was there to see my dentist. I felt that I was looked after during every step of my appointment. Thank you

I have been with this practice for many years and have been seen by different dentists my most recent dentist is a lovely lady called Natalia she has always shown me care and respect she is friendly and kind. I have had to have 2 extractions with her and knowing I was nervous due to a previous bad experience she understood and made a lot of effort to make the extractions as easy for me as she could thank you Natalia. I am sad that you are leaving but I know you will be an asset to your new practice!

Lots of bad reviews but we have been going there for 20 years plus, always very happy. True you never see the same dentist twice since mydentist took over, and true they cancel some appointments, but then so do we! Never had a bad experience!

After seeing a dentist last monday and still in pain the following monday (today) i went in and waited. Mr Kellsetty was on as the only dentist . Him and his dentist assistant was amazing, kind and i couldnt ask for better care, as being a nervous patient they talked me through the procedure, even though the waiting room was full. Not like the experience i received the first monday by a lady dentist who left me with three large ulcers and a temporary filling and a week of pain! Mr Kelsetty every time for me from now on, luckily he is my dentist anyway but recommend him whole heartedly.

I was in severe pain from an abcess and knew the tooth needed taking out. Like a previous comment posted, I was given a 2 month wait. However, when the pain got so bad, I contacted the surgery again .... and they do have emergency appointments! I was seen the following day at exactly the appointment time and had the extraction. I was out again in less than 10 minutes. Happy Days! Thank you to all involved. It would have been 5 stars except for the receptionist neglecting to tell me about emergency appointments. Certainly efficient and friendly service today.
