I am very grateful to Anna & Dionne for their ongoing help & support whilst completing our passport paperwork, which I personally found very stressful. They both have shown great patience, kindness & understanding not just for myself but other customers especially the elderly in the shop.Thank you! I will give Pranesh a sales person in potters bar post office FIVE STARS the afternoon i had to print out smaller sizes of passport pictures from my bigger size pictures from my phone using the store photo printer machine.
His service, guidance, patience whilst assisting me on how to upload my pictures,resizing and finally printing them out made my day. I still got lot's of pictures to print out from my phone so will definitely be coming back 😀. Thank you Pranesh 😊.

A young man named Pranesh served me in having over 200 sheets printed from a USB stick. He knew exactly what he was doing and did the job well and as quickly as the printer allowed. The fact that the printing was really expensive was nothing he could do anything about. That is the fault of the price of ink and the fault of the Post Office store. Nevertheless the job was done well - thank you Pranesh.

I have reason to go into the UOE and Post Office at least once a week. Dionne/Kelly and Pranesh are so helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Sometimes the queue is really long but they never show any impatience and are always pleased to help.

Sanoja was courteous when I went to post my item by guaranteed next day delivery just before 5pm. I was panicking, and she assured me that she would assist me. I realised I didn't have a pen to address another package, and she gladly assisted me. I will use Potters Bar services again. In fact, I'm going there today

I was served by a very efficient lady called Sally. She filled in my passport forms digitally and sent them off. We received the new passports in just under 3 weeks. Great service

Potters Bar , very welcoming Alway as helpful as can be when needing information. Dionne & staff always seem to be happy and cheerful which is always a plus, especially. If we are having a bad day. We are known well
As we get our vehicle tax done there etc “lantern Recovery “ never moan about the amount they just do. And all the other staff are Cool too a big thumbs up to them .
