phoned to report a leak in my ceiling as it was heavily raining they got property maintenance out straight away when I was on the phone the girl was so nice and taking my repair seriously thanks so much 😊

Castle houses are nice.well built, but.avoid communal areas as your.looking to pay £159 gas a month and the h9uses are cooking without heating, I use no gas most of.the year the houses 8n aquorthies Circle are very hot.even in winter, don't move 8nto a communally heated house, you'll never get back out!

We have been here 7 years and the HA has gone down hill big time, don't reply to messages left for them to ring.
We have been flooded twice but, they won't maintain the drains etc. Neighbours can harass you and get away with it. Bathroom sink needed replaced it leaked with 48 hrs, Plummer came out and condemned the sink in the bathroom, now we have no sink for 4 days and no word on what's happening, everyone needs a bathroom sink, don't care even if your disabled. Too many at CHHA think they know best, Wrong!

i have been in my property for over 5 yrs now , get verbal abuse constantly everyday from 2 neighbours castlehill have done nothing , i got assaulted by a neighbour who got charged with serious assault and a restraining order and they still wont do anything , ive seen a better organised circus they are just disgusting awlful housing association

I live in mackay court new manager very nasty and a born lyre the cleaner steals from tenants also antisocial allows slamming doors no consideration for Tennant's.

Refuse to listen to potential tenants allocate priority passes which are limited for health conditions never reply to requests or emails currently seeking legal advice.

This is one of the worst Houseing places ever wount not recommend to anyone they make rules for 1 person and rules for the next person. joke of a housing accosashion

Emails generally not answered, wrong advice given on multiple occasions, some staff are consistently unhelpful and unaware of own policies

if you e mail them about anything it will not be answered
