Great selection of products, both in-store and online. I used the “pick-up in store” option and the whole process went really well, the staff was very friendly and informative. Would recommend to anyone looking for electronics and especially parts for PCs.

This review is written after several shopping visits and servicing experiences.
The store was clean every single time I went there.
The staff is kind and very knowledgeable.

I would recommend this place to professionals (and of course other users), as they make it a point to look for the most useful solution for a given problem.

While they do have a wide range of hi-fi and gaming products their inventory is stocked with hardware that really helps your business (namely cables, adapters and much more...)

Very friendly, knowledgeable, multi lingual service team. More expensive than getting the components on line but great value when the excellent, local service is considered.

If you need a good computer this is the place. I had mine built by them and it was quite easy. I told them what programs and software I was using. How I expected it to run and the quality and they gave me exactly what I needed at a great price. The best part that most people do not know is that most pre-built computers have parts that are obsolete before you even buy it, so if something breaks down your often looking at a longer repair process, and a much shorter life expectancy for your computer.

Another thing that I like is when I want to upgrade, they can easily do it. Best way to get a good idea is to go in and ask them questions, haha helps if you speak a little geek, but not totally necessary. 😋

Very good advices. Salespeople are very professional and helpful. They know their job and are very nice. Prices tend to be on the high side but are worth it (great quality).

Complete store with kindly attendants

The computer I was looking for was not available in the store. The attendant followed with me all the specs, and ordered all the separated pieces. I had the opportunity to ask them to assemble that if I wait some days.

Friendly staff who speak English. Wide variety of products.

A young technician helped me by English language and it was very usefull. He opened me some new doors to choose my new computer equipments. But LDLC prices is abit expensive than the other IT stores. I hope they can reduce their prices.

Great place for anyone wanting to have an expert opinion on computers. The expert team at the back of the store is well trained. Watch out for peak hours where there can be some wait. Worth it anyway.

Excellent shop for all computer parts and most other electronic items. The website works well and offers "click and collect" to the shop for things not stocked there.

One of the best places to buy computer equipment in France. A great reputation for service that I have tested myself on several occasions.
