Machina Coffee

Our barista David has a wonderful touch and made the best mocha I have had in France. I would highly recommend you try his latte here. He also has oat milk and was able to customize for my dairy allergy. The cacao powder is also nondairy.

It was so good we came back twice in the same day.

David also was able to make an appointment for us for an osteopath friend around the corner, for my tight sacrum!

Lovely small coffee shop, friendly customer servant and amazing double espresso. I also bought a package of their Papua New Guinea Baroida Honey Beans which turned out to be the best coffee I have ever tasted. Happy that I got to experience this shop during my visit in Fontainebleau.

I am a total New York City coffee snob and, as a result, I find it difficult to find espresso that I like. Most espresso in France tastes burnt to me but I get it, that’s what a lot of people like. The espresso at Machina is totally different. When I visited, they were using freshly roasted Guatemalan beans that were not burnt during the roasting process. The flavor was amazing! Thank you, Machina, your espresso is delicious.

Amazing specialty coffee shop in Fontainebleau. Actually, the only one in town that serves very good coffee....The owner is friendly and passionate.
