Coffee Muxu

5 stars all round. Great little coffee shop/brunch spot in the heart of Bayonne. Gorgeous decorations, lovely staff and delicious food. We love coming here for brunch! Would highly recommend it

Great place for brunch! Stylish and modern interior with high ceiling and a lot of light coming in.

Our order: Poached eggs with salmon, granola/yoghurt bowl, fresh pressed juice + cappuccino. Everything was very delicious, I would come back.

Young and friendly service team. The inside is light with modern furnishings. Very nice ambiance for eating and chatting. The seating on the outside is comfortable and places with shade are available. The restroom is clean!
We had a marvelous ‘salade du jour’ for lunch which was light and at the same time gave us enough strength for the rest of the day: a bed of salad leafs with freshly roasted sweet potatoes, fig pieces, goat cheese crumbles and nuts.
The espresso based on their house roast is strong with round edges. Loved it.

I was really impressed, the food is very good, the coffee is superb.
The place was very busy, but the service was fast, polite and friendly.
The whole thing is very professional. I love the matching bartop and table tops.

Had a great chaï tea latte, great freshly squized juice and some eggs benedict for breakfast!
Also had a chat with the owner, very friendly and welcoming staff!

Fantastic little cafe. Food was great (we had smoked salmon, pancakes, and a house granola bowl), service very friendly, good music… overall easy 5 star review.

If you like, great coffee and really nice people, do not miss Muxu! The cappuccinos are excellent in the service is just as good. We went back a couple of times and really enjoyed ourselves.

Was surprised to find really good coffee in Bayonne. My wife and i really liked it. Highly recommend it! Food was good and staff were very friendly. Thanks again for a good experience

We stopped for lunch in this superb place. :) We found the food tasty, the menu offered familiar hits, but with a twist, which was great. Most importantly, we found staff absolutely 5 star - approachable, flexible, kind and in good humour. The guys took time to explain things to us, to chat to our kids and showed them interest (which is very rare, and very touching) and made us feel very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it! Lovely place to hang out with friends or to work from. Food is fresh and delicious. Vibes are very nice thanks to a great team and beautiful furnitures. Highly recommend!

Great speciality coffee… fruity, sour and full of flavour.

Heard lots about this coffee shop and no regrets.. brunch was fulfilling ( I took pulled pork) and additional portion of potatoes wedges which were a.m.a.z.i.n.g.

Muxu coffe, brand new style coffe in the center of the Basque capital, Bayonne.
You will may expect that for a coffe not tradicional and also far for what it is the Basque country will be something not good but is not the case, Muxu coffe comes with a simple but great offers of plates and drinks, sweet to stop for a coffe or it something simple and good and wait until the rain goes away.
Recommend it.

Coffee the way I like it, good service and the opportunity to be a flaneur. The area is quite historic and adds to the charm of the venue.

We had a fast coffee , but the location is very nice and clean .. a lot of nice suggestions on the menu. We will go back again
