Completely unhelpful. I brought my fiat in having calling ahead with a break light issue. On arrival the staff, guy with tight jeans and ponytail, insisted he knew what the problem was without diagnosis (and it turns out he was wrong like I told him). His opinion was the entire chassis needed to be opened up and the cable replaced but that the cable wasn’t available in Provence. I asked if the mechanic could run a diagnostic which he refused. Resultantly he said he couldn’t do the work until November. He also refused to accept my UK warranty was valid (which it is as it’s a brand new fiat).
Finally I got an appointment at fiat cavaillon, who professionally ran a diagnostic test and repaired the issue in less than an hour. A simple fuse had blown. Also work was covered by Fiat warranty. Hideously unhelpful and a bizarre way to conduct business. If they were too busy, just say so and come clean. I’m sure they will come up with some silly excuse
