Food is outright amazing and very tasty. It was great taking a break from traditional food.

It’s busey so make reservations.

We went for lunch and waited 30 minutes. We didn’t mind and walked around Apt.

You had two choices.
One choice was vegetarian and other was shredded chicken. Both dishes were fantastic and fresh. Everything is fresh from the market. So the menu changes frequently.

The best katsu curry that I ever tasted, the tomato farcie is also excellent, full of flavours and feeling healthy . Completely blow my mind by the taste of the food. Wowwww

Chic by nature and leans into the style of its movie namesake. As for the food, it inherently tastes fresh yet but tasty, bursting with flavour from local fresh produce. Both our meals were vegetarian, perhaps even vegan(?). Highly recommend if you're in the area

Les Valseuses is a paean to innovation. Interesting menu that changes daily, with a fun Asian twist. Great bulgogi.

The place for lunch in Apt! I ate there two days in a row. Everything was fresh, the flavors interesting, the atmosphere friendly. I like how the kitchen is being super conscious with each plate, and not forcing to make something when their ingredients are subpar. Make a reservation and go.

After biking from Gordes, this was the perfect lunch spot to relax, have some light rose and a very fresh healthy menu. The outdoor seats were shaded with a nice view of the comings and goings of Apt. Highly recommend!

Loved it. Great interior design and above all fresh, healthy lunch at a reasonable price. I appreciate the vegetarian option as it often is hard to find anything vegetarian (besides salad) on lunch menus in Provence.

Tolles Lunch mit leckerer Weinbegleitung. Unbedingt vorher reservieren! Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Speisen geschmackvoll.

En vacances pour assister à l'Insane Festival, nous nous sommes égarés dans les rues de Apt à la recherche d'un restaurant où manger.
Les bonnes odeurs émanant de cet endroit nous ont attrapé au vol, et les plats nous ont convaincus tant ils étaient délicieux. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, rigolant avec nous sur la grosse soirée de la veille et étant très attentionné.
Je recommande vivement, nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Wir haben selten einen so leckeren Salat gegessen 😋 Tolles uriges Ambiente und super netter Kellner. Wir hatten Glück und haben noch einen Tisch bekommen, man sollte aber am besten reservieren. Es gibt zwei Gerichte.
