La Barricade

My third visit to this super restaurant! Once again, it has been a fantastic experience. Beautifully prepared food, a nice (and ever changing) choice on the menu, and such lovely people running it. The terrace outside is perfect, while in winter months the inside is very comfortable. Quality wine too with a nice wine list. I enjoyed a pichet of red from one of the well known vineyards in the Var. After three visits, I can say this is easily one of the very best restaurants in the entire region. I look forward to future visits.

This is the village of Greolieres secret: the perfect restaurant! We HIGHLY recommend it. Charline, Pascal and Zoe are outstanding cooks and presented their cooking beautifully. It is also very reasonably priced. We had 7 dinners there during our holiday! And everything we ate was absolutely delicious including the pizza cooked in a pizza fired oven. The restaurant also had an excellent atmosphere. The whole family were always so welcoming and friendly. They made our holiday so enjoyable.

Surprisingly amazing restaurant in this beautiful village. Great (very large pizzas) but also several dishes on a changing menu, all for very reasonable prices.

Very sad I was only there for one night because I'd love to go back and try some more of their food!

Very nice restaurant to end a nice day of hiking, cycling. It could open a bit earlier, but well, we are northerners ;)). Simple but good local dishes on a small but sufficient menu.
Smaller menus with a few very good things are better than big menus with lower quality. So the small menu is here not a criticism.
I would recommend it to friends.

Up for a stroll to the ruins in the ancient village of Greolieres, or maybe a day of skiing at Greolieres Les Neiges? Or practicing for the tour de France, well stop by the Barricade for a reasonably priced dinner, as it is absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful experience! The food was beyond expectation... Strongly recommend it.

Je suis récemment allé déjeuner au restaurant La Barricade et j'ai été absolument ravi par l'expérience culinaire que j'y ai vécue. Chaque plat était un véritable chef-d'œuvre tant au niveau visuel que gustatif.

Pour commencer, les beignets de fleurs de courgettes étaient parfaitement croustillants à l'extérieur et moelleux à l'intérieur. Ils étaient servis avec une petite salade fraîche qui ajoutait une touche de verdure et de croquant.

Ma compagne a choisi la burrata au pesto rosso sur son lit d'asperges. La burrata était délicieusement crémeuse, et le pesto rosso ajoutait une touche de saveur supplémentaire qui se mariait parfaitement avec les asperges fraîches et croquantes.

En plat principal, j'ai dégusté la caille rôtie, servie avec une sauce aux pruneaux et une polenta crémeuse. La caille était tendre et juteuse, avec des saveurs riches et bien équilibrées. La polenta complétait parfaitement le plat avec sa texture lisse et crémeuse.

Le cadre du restaurant est tout aussi impressionnant, avec une ambiance intime et une présentation des plats digne d'un grand restaurant gastronomique. Le service était également impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et professionnel.

Je recommande vivement La Barricade à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine. Une expérience culinaire inoubliable !

Les prix sont raisonnables, les plats délicieux. Nous avons pris 2 entrées, ainsi que le burger Deluxe et le filet de boeuf DÉ-LI-CIEUX

Plats dignes d un grand chef !! Une présentation sublime et pleine d originalité ! On en devient vite des habitués :) cuisinière passionnée = cuisine savoureuse 🥰 le talent fou de Charline .. impossible de passer à greoliere sans s y arrêter :)
