Jiva Hill Resort

The spa is just amazing, pool is beautiful and there is everything you need. The team takes real care of the premises always emptying bins and clearing glasses. I had a soin signature and maurine was just incredible. I enjoyed every second it it! Nife at the reception was great. Really recommend this place for anyone who wishes to escape the stress of a daily routine.

Our stay at Jiva Hotel as a couple, accompanied by our dog, was delightful. The service was exceptional and friendly, the Jardin restaurant offered delicious cocktails, and the SPA and massage experience were fantastic (we enjoyed the nordic spa). The only downside was the limited availability of “healthy” options in the food selection, lacking appealing seasonal salads or vegetarian choices. Despite this, it was an overall wonderful experience. Special thanks to Marc from f&b and Marina from the SPA.

Jiva Hill Resort offers a delightful escape with its array of amenities, including a well-appointed tennis court,billiards, and baby foot. However, while the resort excels in providing recreational options, its restaurant leaves much to be desired.

The tennis court at Jiva Resort provides enthusiasts with a picturesque setting to enjoy their favorite sport, while the billiards room offers a refined atmosphere for leisurely games. Additionally, the babyfoot area adds a touch of fun and excitement for guests of all ages, creating memorable moments of camaraderie.

Despite these appealing features, the dining experience at the resort falls short of expectations. The restaurant’s menu boasts an enticing selection, but its exorbitant prices coupled with disappointingly small food portions leave diners feeling unsatisfied. While the quality of the cuisine may be commendable, the value proposition is severely undermined by the high costs and meager servings.

I stayed there 3 nights and everything was great. rooms were well decorated and comfortable. staff are friendly and food was outstanding

We have had a brunch for a Mother’s Day there. Tasty, classy, glamorous with outstanding service. Like you are somewhere in the Middle East. Very nice place to spend summer days in. We will definitely get back this summer.

We are so glad we chose to end our European vacation at Jiva Hill Resort. The property was beautiful and relaxing and the spa was delightful. We will recommend this property to all of our friends and family.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at Jiva Hill. The staff were friendly and ready to accommodate any requests. The hotel itself is very nice and maintained to a high standard. We stayed in a Corner room with a view of the Jura, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at any 5* hotel! The room was very spacious and had everything you needed whilst my partner was very happy with her facial and massage spa treatments. We will definitely be coming back to visit again and thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable - we left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

From before we even arrived we were treated like royalty (we were asked if there was anything in particular that they can do for us upon our arrival).

The staff is very friendly and interactive. The meals were impecabile with fast plating and clearing. The housecleaning is on point. Best service ever! Special thanks to Axel and Viriana! Highly recommend this place!

I was able to relax like never before and the beds were beyond comfortable, found it hard to wake up in the morning!

There is something for everyone to do, and exactly what is needed for a person to unwind. And I love that they have lounge areas throughout the resort. I also recommend a stroll around the beautiful lawn.

This was a perfect getaway from Geneva for 1 night, top service and beautiful property. Service at restaurant as well as food could be improved (italian restaurant). Special thank you to the hotel because I forgot my jewelry at the indoor pool area and they returned it to me safely. Overall a wonderful stay and will be back

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. The swimming pool is bit old. Service is good. The breakfast is delicious.

A wonderfull and well maintained location. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Having Genève and the Evian lake really close by is a special treat.

Nice quite place perfect for relaxation. View of all rooms is perfect. Spa is fully booked for 2 weeks so we could use any of its services. It has water skating which is PERFECT.

My husband and my son water ski here with Gilles. Such a nice place. Gilles is so friendly. He trained my son for a week in summer, 2nd summer my son does it. He loved it and made a lot of progress. The property and the lake are well taking care of. I would recommend that place when you look for a nice place to waterski.

I really love this hotel. A beautiful new outdoor pool and an amazing view to Jura and Mont Blanc! Great service and great food! I can’t wait to come back to Jiva Hill again.

Beautiful resort close to Geneva and the airport. The rooms are gorgeous with great views of the surrounding mountains.
Lots of options for free time activities, including golf, tennis, wakeboarding and spa.

Great location minutes from Geneva and Geneva Airport on France side. Green oasis. Great staff and great rooms on ground floor overlooking the golf course and nearby hills

We recently visited for their Sunday brunch. The service was excellent. They were very accommodating with our food allergies.
