Château de Blandy

Had a visit during week time. Quiet place, beautiful region, nice castle! Can't wait to return and pay a visit inside or participate at a music festival around the castle.

I went for the flowers show
Well organised and perfect for flowers and plants, trees.
I was the first time and I will go back next year.

Incredible lights show! Well done! The place itself is more suitable for kids but the lights show was do well produced that we're glad we visit there!

Beautiful gift shop as well with plenty of souvenir options.

Drove here on a whim, and it was quite nice to walk around the castle. Can't say if there's anything to do here during the day as we arrived when it was already dark :)

Cracking ancient castle from mediaeval times.not far from Paris. Walk along the ramparts. Climb the fortified towers. Really great interactive displays. Well worth the visit.

We were on a trip around France visiting locations and areas we had been to before but not had time to fully explore. Driving to a nearby chateau we saw a sign for Blandy les Tours and decided to investigate. As we entered the village we were struck by a magnificent castle in the centre of an attractive village.

Parking was easy and we took our time exploring this historic monument. The entry fee was well worthwhile and the castle delivered an experience far outweighing our expectations.

There is a very nice little restaurant by the corner with outdoor seating. Awesome food and of course wine.

Bring cash and a coat. When the wind blows in February it is freezing. Less than €10 entry and good for passing an hour.

Gorgeous old castle in lovely village to the SE of Paris. Nice. Great audioguide in variety of languages.

Real mediaeval castle in the middle of a village. Car parking right outside. The castle has all the usual turrets, staircases etc which would not suit wheelchairs etc. One hall has been turned into two storey function facilities but the rest is original with plenty of explanation of the history. There is a gift shop and the location is convenient for Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainbleau, either of which are a complete contrast.

Lovely little visit, The Spring Festival is something I go to every heart

It's a well-restored castle. We haven't seen one like this near Paris. Several towers and a complete curtain wall. It's only 8 miles from Vaux le Vicompte, so it was easy for us to see both.
