Hôtel Juana

With restaurants and hotels with many stars, I've often been thinking that the food and/or the hotel is good, but the help (service) you get there is like 2 or 3 stars out of 5. Hôtel Juana on the other hand - I've never had an experience with a hotel that is more helpful or friendlier. Thank you so much Hôtel Juana, you made my birthday so memorable. I got so much help from you. A heartfelt thank you! I would recommend to book with the hotel directly too, and not via Bookings or alike.

Lovely stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! Located within easy walking distance from the business/tourist district, but felt very peaceful and secluded from the crowds/activity. Notable features are the dining patio and pool. Excellent service from the Dining staff including Claudia and Celsior (sp?) from Brazil, and Housekeeping service form Myriam.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Juana. The room was clean and comfortable - so were the beds! The staff was very helpful and we loved the old-school elevator :-)

They work very closely with Hotel Belles Rives so we were able to go for lunch 2x (make a reservation) and enjoy the pool chairs with the stunning landscape. I also got a facial at the Valmont Spa, Julie was AMAZING. it was the best facial I've ever had in my life. thank you for a great stay!

We wondered into the Hotel Juana without any idea how wonderful the dinner would be. The Octopus which came cooked in an escargot sauce accompanied by parsley potatoes was delicious. Then the chocolate patisserie arrived! Wow , the melting moments were truly heavenly. The service was excellent matching the high standard of the food. Definitely worth a visit!

Perfect in every way. Beautifully quaint, old world charm, lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights midweek so maybe quieter than Friday/weekend. Very well located, close to fantastic beach front bars and easy walk to the train station for access to Cannes. Nice, Monaco etc. Will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful hotel where we stayed in February. Rates were good. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very attentive. The decor was very artistic. Pool was closed in Feb. but there was a lot of available parking for free on the surrounding streets, often right out front. Two minute walk to the water. Off season you could still find many places open in town. Antibes is only a 6 minute drive away with easy parking in outside lot. Highly recommended!

Another year at Hotel Juana and it hotel gets better with the development of Paseo which is vibrant and very welcoming. We will be back. However, the sister hotel Belle Rives is not good any more with poor service, rude head waiter and food with " a little gluten " served to someone who was flagged as celiac! We won't be there again.

Very enjoyable stay at this grand Boutique hotel. Great service, superb rooms, delicious breakfast, good wi-fi, great little bar. Very much enjoyed the combination of chic, stylish and quaint and modern. Definitely a place to return to.

Really great place ! Extreme friendly staff, in a good way. One remark: modernize the rooms, and say goodbye to the 80s Juana ! 😉

Fantastic SLH and sister hotel to the Belle Rives. First class service and first class staff. Excellent location for access to all main areas in Juan Les Pins and Antibes.

Nice hotel, nice service. Was there off season. Extra ordinaire brunch Sundays. With oysters. Pricey off course. Boring modern music in the restaurant.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great location in Juan Les Pins and delightful staff. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

The staff is very friendly, the chairs are very confortable and it's great for having conversations.
