Amazing service and great outstanding men at the service desk Tuukka & Jani. I have pursued couple of things for my kitchen and after I found that were missing some pieces.

The guys at the service desk didn’t hesitate to help me and were very corporative.

Good place to buy electronics but a bit costlier than other similar ones.

You will find all the electronics you need in one place with a very good price and installment facilities also available.

It's what you'd expect an electronics store to be like. It's got most if not all of the electronic appliances and parts you'd wish a store sold. If you don't find it on the shelves, you can ask the staff. I've become something of a loyal customer to the chain over the years of being satisfied with the service.

The store in question, Gigantti Helsinki Itäkeskus, is a great place to purchase your appliances. The store is in two levels; upstairs and downstairs. Level downstairs has products related to mobile phones, audio, photography and computing. Appliances and such sre located upstairs. The selection is wide.

The staff there was kind and served me well. The place is not at all too noisy, it's what you'd expect a typical sub-shopping centre electronics store with a full floor carpet to be.

The store is accessible on a wheelchair. Someone might find this information useful.

Really nice shop, but I don't buy anything from them because of their motto "sehän on tyhmää maksaa liikaa", but I do really like the shop, I'll visit every once in a while, 5 stars.

We went to the Itis shop 15 min before closing time to get an Iphone 6. The salesperson who helped us, Adam, stayed with us even 10 min after closing time. He delivered great service and knew about the current deals very well. Our best regards to him and the store.

Friendly staff, fast and professional, place is nice and the parking outside of itis is very close to the store you simply park few meters from the store door.

Good to look at big TVs, but lacking a range of low to medium priced models

Gigantti is one of the best mega shops for electronics and this Itäkeskus branch is one of the biggest ones in Helsinki area

Best place for consumer electronics IMHO. It's quite cheap and the 1-month money back no questions asked warranty is nice. Friendly staff.

Gigantti itis one of best i've been located inside the Itis shopping mall.. you can count on them for your home appliances and mobile phones with friend helpful and friendly staff.

Staff is very friendly, ask anything whatever you like, they will figure out solutions.
