Very kind staff, came in to buy a mohair brush and got it discounted since they were going to have a sale the next day! Said brush broke and i called in advance to ask bout their policy and they said to come visit their shop, not only did i get a replacement brush but a complimentary linen kitchen towel. Super thoughtful and helpful!

Not only do they have the softest cashmere and silk, their sales assistants are incredible! I forgot my Chanel bag in the store, and realised it 1 hour later, thank God they picked up the phone and let me know they have it. I had a flight to catch and they offered to get a taxi ready in front of the store. What an excellent customer service! Thank you for everything, you guys rock! 🫶🏻🧡

A gorgeous little store offering high quality and luxury fabrics from wool to cashmere. The staff are friendly and saved my life with a cashmere hat to protect me from the Finnish weather. :D

Beautiful cashmere, alpaca and wool options in many designs and colours. Most importantly, amazing service by Tommy. We intended on only buying beanies, but ended up buying two sets of scarves and sweaters as we were happy with the product and experience!
