We had the chance to stay at the Vuorenpeikko cottage through new year’s eve, while it was -30 degrees outside. It was a really unique experience, though I’d only recommend booking this cottage in the winter if you are not afraid to move out of your comfort zone, as the compost toilet is outside, there is no running water, and you need to heat the cabin with a wood-burning stove. The cabin itself is 10 out of 10, the surroundings are even nicer.

Uusi vuosi vaihtui hienoissa maisemissa Mielikin mökillä. Kaikki pelasi ja mökki oli siistissä kunnossa. Vaikka lunta oli tupruttanut paljonkin oli tie todella hyvin aurattu perille asti, mistä erityiskiitos!

Тишина, от которой мурашки по коже. Под утро слышно даже туман. После вонючего и шумного Питера мы попали словно на другую планету. Сауна на дровах, и голышом в чистейшее , свежайшее озеро. И так , хоть круглые сутки, хоть под звездами, хоть в дождь. Никого нет. Красивейшее озеро с высоким берегом. Лодка с веслами.

Olemme vieraillaat kahdella eri mökillä ( mielikki ja vellamo). Mielikissä olimme talvella, hyvin pääsimme perille. Molempiin kertoihin olemme olleet todella tyytyväisiä ja voin suositella mökkejä ja asiallista yrittäjää kaikille.

Visited there two times, in Mielikki and Vellamo. I am happy to recommend Iken Mökit for everyone.

Prachtige Cabin met alles wat je zoekt als je natuur, rust en ruimte zoekt. 3 dagen deze Cabin gehuurd en het was werkelijk waar 1 van de beste vakanties die ik heb gehad. Perfect! Eigen sauna, eigen roeiboot, vishengels, voldoende stookhout en barbecue aanwezig.

Прекрасная природа! Тишина, которой в жизни не встречал! Замечательные деревянные дома с саунами на берегу озера, у каждого мангал и собственная весельная лодка - чего ещё желать от отдыха на природе?
