The best munkki (donut) in Finland. This is high praise, as I'm from Tampere and Pyynikin näkötorni has (had) the best munkkis.

Great Summer Cafe. Only open on good weather, so always a good stop when available. Great and enthusiastic owners/staff and good views to Aurajoki-river.

I had the doughnut and coffee special. Literally the best doughnut I've ever had. It was still warm!! Beautiful setting on the river with lots of little sparrows.

Whenever I am in Turku, I make sure to visit this place and have one or two of the best donuts on the planet. I love to sit by the river with a cup of coffee and a donut.

Those munkksit look DAMN fine, served with a side of friendly humor. Good view of ukkopekka too. I like the DIY feel of the place, no Starbucks gloss in this joint. Not sure about English language skills but I’m sure you can order a coffee and munkssit from him no problemo.

Café Ankka (the Duck), just beside Martinsilta bridge, on the eastern side of Aura river in Turku, unbelievably delicious donuts (made at place in the kiosk!) and very friendly service! Check out opening hours in Internet or FB.

Munkkitaikina on todella maukas, munkit aina tuoreita ja todella isoja! Aurinkovarjoja antamassa hieman suojaa ja mikään ei voita mahtavia näkymiä Aurajoelle.

Palvelu on myös ollut ensiluokkaista täällä.

Paljon mainostetut Ugin munkin jää kyllä niin kakkoseksi näille!
