Horninpuistossa aivan torin laidalla on tykkejä ja iso puutukkinen ankkuri, jotka on puistossa olevan tekstin mukaan löydetty Hiittisistä vuonna 1982. Ankkuri on tuotu Horninpuistoon 1986 ja tykit 1990. Sekä ankkurin että tykit on nostanut merenpohjasta salolainen sukellusseura Simppu. Hienoja nähtävyyksiä kauniissa puistomiljöössä keskellä kaupunkia!
