Pekka Heikkinen's bakery and café offers the best bakery products in Kajaani. You can buy breads and sweet goods (buns etc.) to go or eat them on the spot in the café or outside in the cute, covered terrace. In the morning there is a good quality buffet breakfast available with coffee, porridge, bread, cheese and ham, veggies etc. Warm recommendation!

Cozy place for a coffee and traditional Finnish pastries. Nice local people and the prices are surprisingly fine compared to the rest of places in town! It’s worth a visit while in Kajaani!

Excellent staff, treats and outdoor seating. Extremely family friendly and polite staff. Wide selection — and most importantly — TASTY COFFEE!

Wonderful pastries, especially rönttönen! 🙂 We would like to have cappuccino kinda espresso based coffees, but they did not have that option 🙃

Very good bakery. Fresh deserts with a lot of taste. The cinnamon bun was lovely. Very walm welcome and service. A few tables are available inside. Biscuits to bring back can be bought there. Prices are totaly correct. Parking is not free though.

Very good Bread and Pirokka. Best in Town and area!

I love the produce in this little kajaani bakery/cafe, the breads are tasty and the sweets are something that simply melts in your mouth, my recommendation: try the "tervaleipä" bread, one of their specialties(spoiler: it includes some tar(the sticky stuff), but tastes so good.)

The naked goods are second to none, especially famous for traditional pirog/pies and sour dough rye
