TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Helsinki

I applied 3rd of July, received my passport today. I knew that the earliest you can apply is 3 months before trip, and i did choose the earliest i can. Staff on site is nice and polite, explained everything thoroughly. They warned me that waiting times are longer. I also did choose the service “keep my passport” and as soon I got a message that the decision is made, i went to the same center and brought them my passport to get visa in it.

I appreciateTLS service here in Helsinki.

However last November I was charged $38 for added service in two applications twice and tried the refund processing for many times but was never successful.

I contacted your home address but was still never successful.

Anyway the form filling is quiet complex that it defeated me.

Besides, this time I was able to download the documents myself and saved that cost but have been served well.

Your people were polite. Its been over 7 week's and still no visa and passport. Travelling for my wedding in a week. Waiting to hear back from TLScontact soon. Hopefully they can solve this.

Do I need to bring printed photo of myself for UK Visit Visa?

Btw, If I book a flexi appointment for say 11th July , can I come in on 12th or 13th July during the office opening hours for my biometrics?

I see that for some reason your system in only showing me calendar slots 4 weeks in the future but not beyond that?

The place is easy to find in downtown Helsinki, the staff are friendly and instruction are clearly understandable. The whole application process is easy to follow.

The space is a little bit narrow.

Very friendly staff and quite swift too in serving the clients. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment time and i didn't have to wait till my appointed time. Overall, i was served in under 20 minutes. Very impressive! :-)

I have been to the UK visa application center in Addis. I am very much happy and satisfied with their efficient, professional and customer friendly services. I wish all the visa sections of the various embassies in Addis follow the suit.

The team members approach and customer handling system is so good. I have been appointed for 10:30 AM and they handled my issue with at omst punctuality.
