Excellent customer service.
Problem solving by phone call for my 10 year old heater was professional and easy to understand. Exceptionally good for Harvia customers and our planet, I was already prepared to recycle this old heater.

Hallmark sauna production company in Finland, family owned and everyone knows about the company and its history. Incredible facilities and very large scale. Has a very professional front office with incredibly helpful staff. I did a small tour around the factory and it was an absolute eye opener!

In Q3 2020 we bought articles from Harvia via their independent distributor "Saunainter". It came out that the delivered control unit (from Saunainter) for the oven was not the very last version and accordingly one important feature was missing. The technical review with Harvia (directly) happens very productive and fast! Harvia showed up a high level of accountability and responsibility. Their supplied support process was great, since I got fast and qualitative good answers. So Harvia was committed to solve the problem without discussion. Accordingly, I received FOC the right control unit for the oven. To be pointed out, Harvia's willingness to make me as end user happy is outstanding, since they did not ask me to manage my complaint directly with their distributors (where I had purchased Harvia's unit). I am happy to share once very good feedback about a company!
