Café Tin Tin Tango

Helsinki’s « Café Socéité » is unprecedented ! Like a Woody Allen film it has « Charm charm charm »! Wonderfully warm and inviting milieu for many in this part of Töölö, its ambiance provides the patrons a comfortable intimate interior, for study, to relax, meetup with friends, colleagues, neighbors, or others professionally and such that this mutuality reflects a unique relaxed atmospheric environment. The hospitality of staff is tremendously inviting, ‘med kahvi’ and pastries all day long.

Perfect for visiting guests who need a respite to catchup on laundry needs while enjoying the cosmopolitan conversations enveloping the table side closeness. One of the many outstanding venues found in the city that offers everyone a spot to also unwind and regroup. Highly recommended for hotel guests from the nearby Crowne Plaza and Scandinavian Park Helsinki!

Did not try the food but their salads and sandwiches look great. We used their laundry services. Great place to do your laundry while listening to wonderful Tango music. The two ladies working there were so very friendly and helpful.

Great place for breakfast (and more) in Töölö area!

Heard about this place from another local and can only reconfirm what he said, it's a bit of an institution at Töölö square since 1990s.

Breakfast offering is great and menus are honest, you get easily full on a medium sized already. Bread was very fresh and warm when served, all other ingredients are good and taste fresh too. A big big plus is that when ordering menu it's served to the table.

Overall friendly atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth to return to this place! I've given a 5 due to genuinity, but even considering interior is not tip top it's easily a 4.5 worth.

Excellent food and drinks. I loved the outside terrace, the spaces inside were great and customer service was on point. The only bad thing is that there are not many power outlets inside the cafe, so if you want to work with a laptop there is only a few tables you can do it.

very nice cozy place, a bit touristic, because of the hotels around but the food is really good. staff is friendly, quick and very helpfull.

i recommend the salami sandwich, warmed up a bit.. it has a nice creamy sauce in it wich was delicious.

Came here for the laundry machines, stayed for lunch and coffee too. Great place, great service!

Café Tin Tin Tango has served in Töölö since 1994 and hopefully many more years are to come. The café has cute Tin Tin decor and you can enjoy your all-day breakfasts, coffees and sandwiches listening to tango. If you have laundry to do, you can wash it here as well.

Beautiful little café, excellent service, and wonderfully fresh food. They even tolerated my "Finnglish" when I could not remember the Finnish words I needed to order. A highlight of staying in Töölö!

I really love this place, one of my favorite spots in Helsinki.

It's so diverse from being a café to a bar, with young people to elderly people - they all are having their time under the slightly laid back atmosphere from day to night. Somebody is having their afternoon coffee and pastry break while somebody is starting their weekend with good glass of beer.

In winter their hot chocolate is perfect after a breezing Töölönlahti walk.

Best coffee shop in Helsinki. Great coffee, cheap filter refills and delicious food.

One of my favorite cafe’s in Helsinki. They serve food and a wide range of beverages. They actually have a sauna and you can also wash clothes. If you want to get the Töölö feel, that’s the place to go.

Espresso to die for and honestly priced. Clean and friendly staff.

Awesomeness of this place can not be described with words. Great breakfast and absolutely delicious coffee that can rise the dead. Very strong and tasty. And the theme is cool. As if I got a taste of Belgium.

Had a great latte and the other half had a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream.
Tin tin artwork on the walls and for a Sunday afternoon around 2ish the place was full.
Friendly staff and would happily return
