Loistava palvelu liikkeessä ja ovat myös muutenkin kaiken tavoin joustavia. Kuljetus toimi hienosti. Joustavuus ja asiakkaan toiveiden kuuntelu auttaa luottamaan siihen, että jos ongelmatilanteita syntyy ne pystytään ratkomaan. Nykyaikana kun muualla joutuu soittamaan maksullisiin numeroihin ja odotella sähköpostivastauksia. Täällä henkilöt uskaltavat esiintyä omilla nimillään 😊💪...hyvä te!

If it was possible to put no star I'd do that. It took Stemma to realise a month that they can't give me the bed I paid for as they can't produce it. Made me wait for nothing. As a remedy, they offered a bed in display, laid on by hundreds of people and a new pillow, like a joke! Not to mention the bad customer experience as they had the audacity to ask me if I bought the bed from their company when I asked them when the delivery will be. I asked that 3 weeks after I made the payment...
